- 複数の細長い表面連結ボイド(130)を含む、基材(120)の上に配置されたコーティング(110)と、
前記コーティング(110)の前記ボイド(130)の少なくともいくつかの中に配置された保護剤(150)と
を含む物品(100)であって、
前記保護剤(150)が、液体の公称CMASと化学的に反応して、前記公称CMASの晶析場の外側に固体の結晶生成物を形成することができる物質を含み、
前記固体の結晶生成物が、セ氏約1200度より高い融点を有する物品(100)。 - 前記保護剤(150)が、前記コーティング(110)の中に、前記保護剤(150)が内部に配置されるボイド(130)中に前記公称CMASが侵入することを実質的に防止する有効な濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記保護剤(150)が、窒化物、酸化物またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記保護剤(150)が希土類酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記物質がウェーバライト結晶構造を有する、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記物質が、希土類元素、酸素、ならびにタンタルおよびニオブからなる群から選択される元素を含む、請求項5に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記保護剤(150)が、公称式A1-xBxZr4-yDy(PO4)z(式中、AおよびBは、アルカリ土類金属および希土類金属からなる群から選択され、Dはハフニウムまたはチタンであり、xは0〜1の数であり、yは0〜4の数であり、zは3または6である)を有する酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記保護剤(150)が、MZr4(PO4)6(式中、Mは少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属を含む)を含む、請求項7に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記物質が、ペロブスカイト結晶構造を有し、(a)希土類元素、(b)タンタル、ニオブ、またはタンタルおよびニオブの組合せ、ならびに(c)酸素を含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記物質が、ガドリニウム、タンタルおよび酸素を含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記物質が、灰重石、フェルグソン石または鉄マンガン重石の結晶構造を有し、かつ公称式ABX4(式中、Aは希土類元素を含み、Bはタンタル、ニオブ、またはタンタルおよびニオブの組合せを含み、Xは酸素、窒素、または窒素および酸素の組合せを含む)を有する化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- Aが、イットリウム、ガドリニウム、ランタン、ネオジム、イッテルビウム、または前述の任意のものの組合せを含む、請求項11に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記コーティング(110)が複数の層(220)を含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記基材(120)と前記保護剤(150)の間に置かれたバリア剤(160)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。
- 前記バリア剤(160)が、34原子パーセント未満の希土類元素を含む、請求項14に記載の物品(100)。
