Claims (7)
- 複数の段差部を有する階段の一部を構成するとともに、前記階段を下から上に流れようとする水の流れを遮断する遮水装置であって、
前記階段の踏み面を構成する踏み面構成部と、
前記踏み面構成部の鉛直下方に設けられた貯水ピットと、
前記踏み面構成部よりも下方の前記階段の蹴込み面に設けられ、前記貯水ピットに前記水を導入するための導水口と、
前記貯水ピットに収容され、前記貯水ピットに導入された前記水の浮力で浮上して、前記踏み面構成部を持ち上げながら前記貯水ピットから上方に突出する遮水部材とを備える、遮水装置。 - 前記導水口は、下から2段目以上の前記段差部の前記蹴込み面に設けられている、請求項1に記載の遮水装置。
- 前記踏み面構成部における前記水の流れの上流側の端部を下方から受ける第1受け部と、
前記階段の幅方向に間隔を隔てて設けられ、前記第1受け部を下方から支持する複数の脚部とを備え、
前記導水口は、隣り合う2つの前記脚部の間に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の遮水装置。 - 前記導水口は、前記蹴込み面を構成する蹴込み板に形成された複数の貫通孔を有している、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の遮水装置。
- 前記建造物は外壁部を有しており、
前記貯水ピットの一部は前記外壁部で構成されている、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の遮水装置。 - 前記踏み面構成部における前記水の流れの下流側の端部を下方から受ける第2受け部と、
前記第2受け部を前記貯水ピットの底部に固定するための固定手段とを備える、請求項5に記載の遮水装置。 - 前記踏み面構成部における前記水の流れの下流側の端部を下方から受ける第2受け部と、
前記第2受け部を前記外壁部に固定するための固定手段とを備える、請求項5に記載の遮水装置。
