Claims (11)
- ワークピース(5)の機械加工のための装置であって、
工具(6)を受ける工具保持固定具と、
前記ワークピース(5)を受けるワークピース保持固定具であって、機械加工中に、Z方向の第1振動成分、および特に前記第1振動成分と同時に周期的に振動するXおよび/またはY方向の第2振動成分の少なくとも1つを振動部品(2,2’,3,3’,4,7)によって導入することができることを特徴とする、ワークピース保持固定具と、
を有する装置。 - 前記第1および/または第2振動成分の振動振幅および/または振動周波数を特に互いに独立して調整することができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 振動周波数を1GHz未満、特に100MHz未満、好ましくは1MHz未満、より好ましくは100kHz未満、更により好ましくは1kHz未満、理想的には100Hz〜600Hzの間で調整することができる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 振動周波数を100μm未満、特に10μm未満,好ましくは1μm未満、さらにより好ましくは100nm未満、最も好ましくは10nm未満に調整することができる、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 特に前記第1および第2振動成分の振動位相および/またはそれらの振動周波数および/またはそれらの振動振幅に関して、前記第1および第2振動成分を同時に調整することができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 機械加工中に、特に斜めの振動面を設けることにより、互いに一定の位相関係を持続的に有するように、または特に位相関係の持続測定によってこのような平面を調整することができるように、前記第1および第2振動成分が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記振動成分は、圧電素子によって生成することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記振動成分の導入が特に軸に関連する振動減衰を通じて、および/または特に軸に関連する振動励起を通じて行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ワークピースの機械加工のための装置のワークピース保持固定具であって、Z方向の第1振動成分および特に前記第1振動成分と同時に周期的に振動するXおよび/またはY方向の第2振動成分の少なくとも1つを機械加工中に導入することができる、ワークピース保持固定具。
- XおよびY方向に延在するX−Y平面における振動要素(7)の回転により前記第2振動成分を導入することができる、請求項9に記載のワークピース保持固定具。
- 前記振動要素(2’,3’)は、斜めの共通の振動面を備える、請求項9または10に記載のワークピース保持固定具。
