Claims (9)
- 周囲環境に対して気密性を要求される被カシメ部材および該被カシメ部材をカシメ加工により保持するように構成されるカシメ部材を少なくとも備えるカシメ構造体において、
前記カシメ部材は、前記被カシメ部材を取り囲み、カシメ加工後に前記被カシメ部材を保持する環状側壁を有し、
カシメ加工後に、前記被カシメ部材と前記環状側壁との間に挟み込まれる環状で内側に貫通孔を有する形状のスペーサをさらに備えることを特徴とするカシメ構造体。 - カバー部材に収容される圧力感知手段としてのダイヤフラムを有するとともに圧力源に連通するように形成されている圧力応動部材、前記ダイヤフラムの圧力感知により切り換え動作をするスイッチを有するマイクロスイッチ、および前記圧力応動部材と前記マイクロスイッチとを保持するホルダ部材を備え、
前記ホルダ部材は、隔壁を有し、該隔壁を挟んで一方の側で前記マイクロスイッチを保持し、前記隔壁を挟んで他方の側で前記圧力応動部材をカシメ加工により保持するように形成され、
前記圧力応動部材を保持する前記ホルダ部材の前記隔壁の前記他方の側には、前記応動部材を取り囲む環状側壁が形成され、カシメ加工後に、前記圧力応動部材と前記環状側壁との間に挟み込まれる環状で内側に貫通孔を有する形状のスペーサをさらに備えることを特徴とするカシメ構造体。 - 前記スペーサは、前記圧力応動部材と接触する面積が、前記環状側壁と接触する面積より広いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカシメ構造体。
- 前記スペーサは、断面が長方形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカシメ構造体。
- 前記圧力応動部材は、底面が平坦なFLATキャップ構造であり、
前記スペーサは、断面が長方形状で、前記圧力応動部材の平坦な底面の全面を覆う形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカシメ構造体。 - 前記スペーサは、断面がカシメ代にあわせたテーパ形状を有する形状であることを特徴とする請求項2または5に記載のカシメ構造体。
- 前記スペーサは、前記圧力応動部材側の面にテーパ形状を有する形状であることを特徴とする請求項2または5に記載のカシメ構造体。
- 前記スペーサは、前記圧力応動部材とカシメ代に合わせた段部を有する形状であることを特徴とする請求項2または5に記載のカシメ構造体。
- 前記マイクロスイッチは、カシメ加工により前記ホルダ部材に保持されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のカシメ構造体。
