Claims (5)
- ポンプシリンダ(11)内で可動式に取り付けられているポンプピストン(12)を有する燃料ポンプ(10)、特にコモンレール燃料システムの高圧燃料ポンプであって、
前記ポンプピストン(12)は、該ポンプピストン(12)を内部冷却するために冷却剤が貫流する流入口(15)と流出口(16)とを有する中空空間(14)を備える、燃料ポンプにおいて、
前記冷却剤のための前記流入口(15)と、前記冷却剤のための前記流出口(16)と、の双方が、前記ポンプシリンダ(11)内での前記ポンプピストン(12)の位置に関係なく前記ポンプシリンダ(11)から恒久的に開口されており、それゆえ恒久的に冷却剤が貫流できるので、前記ポンプピストン(12)の前記中空空間(14)は恒久的に冷却剤が貫流でき、つまりそれで、前記冷却剤のための前記流入口(15)と、前記冷却剤のための前記流出口(16)と、の双方が、前記ポンプピストン(12)の位置に関係なく、前記ポンプシリンダ(11)によって形成された前記ポンプピストン(12)のためのガイド領域(17)の外側に位置しているので、ポンプシリンダ(11)とポンプピストン(12)との間の環状隙間(18)は恒久的に冷却剤がないようになることを特徴とする燃料ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプピストン(12)は、下側ポンプピストン部分(19)と上側ポンプピストン部分(20)とを備え、
前記燃料ポンプのポンプタペット(21)との中間接続部となる前記下側ポンプピストン部分(19)は、前記燃料ポンプのカム(13)によって上下に動かされ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプピストン(12)の前記中空空間(14)の前記流入口(15)は、前記ポンプタペット(21)に組み込まれた孔(22)を介して冷却剤を恒久的に供給され得ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料ポンプ。
- 内部管(23)が、前記ポンプピストン(12)の前記中空空間(14)内に突出しており、前記内部管(23)は、前記中空空間(14)を、前記内部管(23)の径方向内側に位置する部分空間(24)と、前記内部管(23)の径方向外側に位置する部分空間(25)と、にさらに分割し、
前記ポンプタペット(21)の前記孔(22)は、前記中空空間(14)の前記流入口(15)を介して、前記内部管(23)の径方向内側に位置する前記中空空間(14)の前記部分空間(24)と連通し、前記中空空間(14)の前記流出口(16)は、前記内部管(23)の径方向外側に位置する前記中空空間(14)の前記部分空間(25)と連通することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料ポンプ。 - 前記内部管(23)は、前記下側ポンプピストン部分(19)の一体部分であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料ポンプ。
