上記のような課題に対処するため、吸い取り紙を使用して天ぷら鍋やフライパンを覆い、飛散する油を吸収しようとする発明が数件成されている。本発明に目的が類似していると思われる技術として「油はね防止具」という考案がある。この考案は、1対の矩形枠体から成り、夫々の矩形枠体に複数の載置棒を平行に設け、載置棒同志が格子状に交叉するように配置したことを特徴とする。そして、1対の矩形枠体の一辺をヒンジで連結して開閉可能にし、吸い取り紙を格子状に形成した載置棒間に挟持する構造である(特許文献1参照)。また、金網を張った1対の矩形枠体の一辺をヒンジで接続して開閉できるようにし、吸い取り紙を金網の間に挟む「揚げもの油はね防止具」という発明も開示されている(特許文献2参照)。しかし、両例とも、本発明とは解決の手段、実施の形態が異なるものである。Conventionally, when frying, it is common to cover the oil when it starts to scatter, and to open the lid from time to time to check the condition as the fire passes.
