Abstract

Claims (12)
- 内燃機関用のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)であって、
複数の要素(18、44)が内部に配置されたハウジング(12)と、
前記ハウジング(12)内に形成され、前記要素(18)の少なくとも1つに割り当てられた光ダクト(24)と、
を有し、前記光ダクト(24)は、前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)の温度(T)を求めるために、前記光ダクト(24)を通り抜けた、前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)からの赤外線(30)を検出するように設計された少なくとも1つの赤外線検出器(28)に割り当てられたことを特徴とするシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。 - 前記光ダクト(24)は、直線状のダクトとして具現化され、一方の軸方向端部に、前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)に割り当てられた開口(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)に対して前記赤外線センサ(28)を気密した形で封止する透明封止要素(38)が、前記光ダクト(24)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記赤外線(30)を集束させるように設計された光要素(40)が、前記赤外線検出器(28)に割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記光要素(40)は、前記光ダクト(24)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記光ダクト(24)は、ガスダクト(22)内の前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)の温度を検出するために、前記シリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)の前記ガスダクト(22)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)は前記シリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)の弁(18)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記赤外線検出器(28)は、光導波路(34)を用いて、前記光ダクト(24)に光学的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記光導波路(34)は、前記光ダクト(24)内に少なくとも部分的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記光ダクト(24)は、直線状のチューブとして具現化され、気密性および液体密封性の側面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ。
- 内燃機関のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)の要素(18)の温度を測定する方法であって、前記シリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)の要素(18)の赤外線(30)は、光ダクト(24)を通り抜けて検出され、前記光ダクト(24)は、前記シリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)のハウジング(12)内に形成され、前記少なくとも1つの要素(18)の温度(T)は、前記赤外線(30)に基づいて求められる、方法。
- 少なくとも、1つのシリンダ(16)および1つのピストンを有するエンジンブロック(14)を有する自動車用の内燃機関であって、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシリンダヘッドアセンブリ(10)を有する自動車用の内燃機関。
