Abstract
【解決手段】電極体と、電極体20に対して接続される集電体60Nと、蓄電素子同士を互いに接続するバスバが固定される端子板91Nと、端子板91Nと集電体60Nとを締結する金属製のリベット71Nとを備え、リベット71Nは、集電体60Nに固定された本体部72と、本体部72から延び端子板91Nの第1貫通孔を貫通する第1軸部75と、第1軸部75の先端に設けられ、端子板91Nを本体部72との間に挟み込んで固定する第1加締め部76とを含み、リベット71Nの本体部72と端子板91Nのうちいずれか一方には、他方の部材に当接する突起部74が設けられ、かつ突起部74は、端子板91Nの前記バスバに対する溶接部とリベット71Nの第1軸部75との間に位置する蓄電素子。

Description
本発明は上記のような事情に基づいて完成されたものであって、端子板と締結部材の接触抵抗が増大することを抑制することを目的とする。
以下、蓄電素子の実施形態1である電池10について、図面を参酌しつつ説明する。
1.電池10の全体構造
電池10は、非水電解質二次電池、より詳しくはリチウムイオン二次電池である。電池10は、図1、図2に示すように、電極体20と、ケース30と、正極集電体60Pと、負極集電体60Nと、正極端子部70Pと、負極端子部70Nとを備えている。尚、以下の説明において、正極端子部70P、負極端子部70Nの並び方向をX方向とし、ケース30の高さ方向をY方向、奥行き方向をZ方向とする。
図6に示すように、電池10を直列に接続する場合、電池10間の接続にバスバ100が使用される。バスバ100は平板状の金属板であり、長さ方向の両側に逃がし孔110を有している。バスバ100は、逃がし孔110を第1加締め部76に一致させつつ、接続する2つの電池10の端子板91P、91Nに跨るように配置される。そして、各端子板91P、91Nに対して、第1加締め部76の両側2箇所を溶接することにより、固定されている。尚、図6、図7、図10では、端子板91N、91Pに対するバスバ100の溶接部(本発明の「固定部」に相当)Jを「×」の記号で示している。
電池10によれば、端子板91Nのうち第1貫通孔93周辺の変形が抑えられることから、端子板91Nとリベット71Nの接触状態を維持できる。そのため、端子板91Nとリベット71N間の接触抵抗が増大することを抑えることが可能となる。
次に、本発明の実施形態2を図13、図14によって説明する。
実施形態1の電池10は、端子板91N、91Pに対してバスバ100を溶接する構造を例示した。実施形態2の電池200は、実施形態1の電池10に対して、バスバの固定構造が相違しており、端子ボルト250N、250Pを使用する固定構造となっている。尚、以下の説明において、電池10と共通する部品については同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)実施形態1、2では、蓄電素子の一例に、リチウムイオン二次電池を例示したが、本発明は、集電体、端子板、これらを締結する金属製の締結部材(リベット)を有する蓄電素子であれば適用可能であり、リチウムイオン二次電池以外の電池や、電気二重層キャパシタ等のキャパシタにも適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- 電極体と、
前記電極体に対して接続される集電体と、
蓄電素子同士を互いに接続するバスバが固定される端子板と、
前記端子板と前記集電体とを締結する金属製の締結部材とを備え、
前記締結部材は、
前記集電体に固定された本体部と、
前記本体部から延び、前記端子板の貫通孔を貫通する軸部と、
前記軸部の先端に設けられ、前記端子板を前記本体部との間に挟み込んで固定する加締め部とを含み、
前記締結部材の本体部と前記端子板のうちいずれか一方には、他方の部材に当接する突起部が設けられ、かつ前記突起部は、前記端子板の前記バスバに対する固定部と前記締結部材の前記軸部との間に位置する蓄電素子。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電素子であって、
前記突起部は、前記締結部材の前記軸部を囲む円環状である蓄電素子。 - 請求項2に記載の蓄電素子であって、
前記突起部は、不連続部を有する円環状である蓄電素子。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子であって、
前記突起部は、前記締結部材と前記端子板のうち、ビッカース硬さが高い側の部材に設けられている蓄電素子。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子であって、
前記突起部は、先端側の断面積が基端側の断面積よりも小さい先細り形状である蓄電素子。
