Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気ガス中に尿素水を噴射する尿素混合管と、前記エンジンの排気ガス中の窒素酸化物質を除去するSCRケースを備え、前記尿素混合管の排気ガス出口側に前記SCRケースの排気ガス入口側を接続させるエンジン装置において、
前記SCRケース内の排気ガス中に含まれる窒素酸化物質を検出するNOxセンサを備える構造であって、前記SCRケースの排気ガス出口側に円錐台形状の先細りテーパ部を形成すると共に、前記先細りテーパ部に前記NOxセンサを取付けたことを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記SCRケース一端側の外周面に排気ガス入口を形成し、前記尿素混合管の排気ガス出口側に前記SCRケースの排気ガス入口側を一体的に連結すると共に、前記SCRケース他端側の端面に排気ガス出口を形成し、前記SCRケースの排気ガス出口側に支持部材を介して前記尿素混合管の排気ガス入口側を連結したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記先細りテーパ部を出口側蓋体にて形成する構造であって、前記SCRケースは内側ケースと外側ケースを有し、前記内側ケースの排気ガス入口側を入口側蓋体にて閉塞すると共に、前記内側ケースの排気ガス出口側を前記出口側蓋体にて閉塞し、前記入口側蓋体と出口側蓋体間の内側ケース外周側に前記外側ケースを外装したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記内側ケースの外周面と前記外側ケースの内周面の間隔を一定に維持するスペーサ体を備え、前記内側ケースの外周側にスペーサ体を介して前記外側ケースを一体的に連結したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジン装置。
