Abstract
【解決手段】表示パネル500と向かい合う光学系300と、表示パネル及び光学系を制御するグラフィック制御部350と、を備え、光学系は、複数の第1電極を有する第1パネルと、第1パネルと向かい合い、複数の第1電極と交差する方向に延びる複数の第2電極を有する第2パネルと、第1、第2パネルとの間に配設される光学変換層と、第1、第2電極との間に配設される第1絶縁層と、を備え、互いに交差する第1、第2電極は、タッチモードにおいて接触感知キャパシタを形成して接触を感知し、多視点モードにおいて第1、第2電極は光学変換層に第1、第2電極との間の電圧差による電場を生成して位置に応じて異なる位相差を生成し、第1絶縁層は、表示パネルの表示領域に対応する領域において複数の第1電極または/および複数の第2電極を完全に覆うか、又は重なる表示装置。

Claims (10)
- 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルと向かい合う光学系と、
前記表示パネル及び前記光学系を制御するグラフィック制御部と、
を備え、
前記光学系は、
複数の第1電極を有する第1パネルと、
前記第1パネルと向かい合い、前記複数の第1電極と交差する方向に延びる複数の第2電極を有する第2パネルと、
前記第1パネルと前記第2パネルとの間に配設される光学変換層と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配設される第1絶縁層と、
を備え、
互いに交差する前記第1電極および前記第2電極は、タッチモードにおいて接触感知キャパシタを形成して接触を感知し、
多視点モードにおいて前記第1電極および前記第2電極は前記光学変換層に前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の電圧差による電場を生成して位置に応じて異なる位相差を生成し、
前記第1絶縁層は、前記表示パネルの表示領域に対応する領域において前記複数の第1電極または/および前記複数の第2電極を完全に覆うか、又は重なる表示装置。 - 前記第1絶縁層の比誘電率は約2.5から約3.5の間であり、
前記第1絶縁層はタッチモードにおいて前記接触感知キャパシタの誘電体として機能し、かつ、有機物質を含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1絶縁層の厚さは、前記光学変換層の厚さよりも大きい請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1絶縁層は、前記第1電極と前記光学変換層との間に配設される請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光学系は、
多視点モードにおいて前記複数の第1電極に共通電圧を印加し、タッチモードにおいて前記複数の第1電極にタッチ入力電圧を印加する第1駆動部と、
多視点モードにおいて隣り合う前記第2電極に異なる電圧を印加し、タッチモードにおいて前記第2電極からタッチ出力電圧を受け取る第2駆動部と、
を備える請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - タッチモードにおいて前記複数の第1電極には前記タッチ入力電圧が順次に印加される請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2パネルの上に配設され、強化処理の施されたカバーウィンドウをさらに備える請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2パネルは、強化処理の施された基板または偏光子を備える請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記グラフィック制御部からモード選択信号を受信して前記光学系を制御する光学系制御部をさらに備え、
前記表示パネルは、前記グラフィック制御部から前記モード選択信号を受信する表示制御部を備える請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1パネルおよび前記第2パネルのうちの少なくとも一方の内側面の上にそれぞれ配設される少なくとも一つの配向膜をさらに備える請求項1に記載の表示装置。
