Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 空気ばねであって、
圧縮空気が充填されるように構成されかつ配置された少なくとも1つの作業チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定するベローと、
該ベローの少なくとも一部を包囲するガイドチューブと、
前記ベローの一部を前記ガイドチューブに唯一固定する接合剤と、
前記ベローと協働するピストンと、
を備え、前記ベローは、前記ピストンの外面及び前記ガイドチューブの内面に関してローリングするように構成されかつ配置されていることを特徴とする、空気ばね。 - 前記接合剤は、接着剤である、請求項1記載の空気ばね。
- 前記接合剤は、エポキシ樹脂である、請求項1記載の空気ばね。
- 前記ベローは、エラストマであり、前記ガイドチューブは、金属である、請求項1記載の空気ばね。
- 前記ベローは、カルダン折り返し部を含み、前記ベローの、前記接合剤により前記ガイドチューブに固定された部分は、前記カルダン折り返し部にほぼ隣接して配置されている、請求項1記載の空気ばね。
- 空気ばねのガイドチューブにベローの一部を固定する方法であって、
当該方法は、
未だ成形されていない状態で、ベローを、前記ガイドチューブと共に成形外型内に配置する、ステップと、
前記ベローが前記ガイドチューブに固定されるべき箇所で、前記ガイドチューブの内面の一部に接合剤を提供する、ステップと、
前記ベローを前記外型に対してプレスしてベローを成形し、前記ベローを前記ガイドチューブの一部に対してプレスして、前記接合剤を前記ガイドチューブと前記ベローの周面の一部とに接触させる、ステップと、
前記ベロー及び前記接合剤を硬化させる、ステップと、
硬化ステップ後、成形外型を取り外し、接合剤が、成形された前記ベローを直接にガイドチューブに固定する、ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする、空気ばねのガイドチューブにベローの一部を固定する方法。 - 硬化ステップ中、当該方法は、型としてガイドチューブを使用することを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- プレスステップは、ベローに係合して該ベローをプレスするために型部材の膨張可能な部分を使用することを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記接合剤を提供するステップは、前記接合剤として接着剤を提供することを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記接合剤を提供するステップは、前記接合剤としてエポキシ樹脂を提供することを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
