Abstract
Description
本発明に係る建設機械の第1実施形態は、例えば、図1に示すハイブリッド油圧ショベル(以下、便宜的に油圧ショベルと呼ぶ)1に適用される。この油圧ショベル1は、走行体2と、この走行体2上に旋回フレーム(図示せず)を介して旋回可能に設けられた旋回体3と、旋回体3の前方に取り付けられ、上下方向に回動して掘削等の作業を行う多関節型のフロント作業機4とを備えている。
圧力センサ39Aは、操作レバー装置24Aが生成した油圧操作信号のうち左右方向の旋回操作を指示する油圧操作信号を導くパイロット油路に接続され、このパイロット油路における油圧操作信号を検出する。車体コントローラ41は、圧力センサ39Aの検出信号(電気信号)を入力し、圧力センサ39Aによって検出された油圧操作信号に応じて、旋回電動機7の駆動制御を行う。
車体コントローラ41は、旋回体3の旋回動作の制動時に、インバータ33の動作を制御して旋回電動機7を発電機として動作させる発電制御を行うことにより、旋回電動機7から電気エネルギを回収する。そして、車体コントローラ41は、回収した電気エネルギをバッテリ34に蓄積することにより、バッテリ34の蓄電残量が上昇する。
車体コントローラ41は、油圧ポンプ21の吸収動力、すなわち油圧ポンプ21の負荷が低く、かつバッテリコントローラ35によって管理されるバッテリ34の蓄電残量が少ないときには、インバータ32に対して、電動発電機31を発電機として動作させる発電制御を行う。これにより、電動発電機31が余剰の電力を発生させることにより、バッテリ34による充電動作が行われ、バッテリ34の蓄電残量が上昇する。
本発明の第2実施形態が前述した第1実施形態と異なるのは、第1実施形態は、図5に示すように、エンジンコントローラ38が、エンジン15の回転数の低下に対応してエンジン15のトルクが所定の傾きで増加するガバナ特性でエンジン15を動作させるようにしたのに対して、第2実施形態は、図11に示すように、エンジンコントローラ58(図10参照)は、エンジン15の回転数がエンジン15の目標回転数に一致するようにエンジン15のトルクを発生させるようにしたことである。すなわち、エンジンコントローラ58はエンジン15の動作制御として、いわゆるアイソクロナス制御を行う。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンの動力のアシスト及び発電を行う電動発電機と、
前記電動発電機との間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置と、
前記エンジン、及び前記電動発電機により駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記エンジンの実回転数を検出する回転数検出装置と、
前記回転数検出装置によって検出された前記エンジンの実回転数及び前記エンジンの目標回転数に基づいて、前記エンジンのトルクを発生させる制御を行うエンジンコントローラと、
車体の動作を制御する車体コントローラとを備えた建設機械において、
前記車体コントローラは、
前記油圧ポンプの吸収動力を推定する負荷推定部と、
前記蓄電装置の充電状態に応じて、前記電動発電機の回生動作又は力行動作に対して要求される動力を演算する回生力行要求演算部と、
前記負荷推定部によって推定された吸収動力及び前記回生力行要求演算部によって演算された動力に基づいて、前記エンジンに要求される動力を演算するエンジン要求演算部と、
前記電動発電機の目標回転数に基づいて前記電動発電機のトルクを発生させる回転数制御、及び前記電動発電機の目標トルクに基づいて前記電動発電機のトルクを発生させるトルク制御のいずれかを行う電動発電機制御部とを含み、
前記電動発電機制御部は、前記エンジン要求演算部によって演算された動力及び前記回転数検出装置によって検出された前記エンジンの実回転数に応じて、前記回転数制御と前記トルク制御を切替える制御切替部を有し、
前記制御切替部は、前記トルク制御が行われている間に、前記エンジンに要求される動力が増大して前記エンジンの回転数が所定の第1の回転数よりも低くなったとき、前記トルク制御から前記回転数制御へ切替えることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記制御切替部は、前記回転数制御が行われている間に、前記エンジンに要求される動力が所定の動力より小さくなったとき、前記回転数制御から前記トルク制御に切替えることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の建設機械において、
前記電動発電機制御部は、前記回転数制御を行っている間、前記電動発電機の目標回転数を前記エンジンの目標回転数より低い回転数に設定することを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項2に記載の建設機械において、
前記エンジンコントローラは、前記エンジンの回転数の低下に対応して前記エンジンのトルクが所定の傾きで増加するガバナ特性で前記エンジンを動作させ、
前記電動発電機制御部は、前記トルク制御を行っている間に、前記電動発電機の目標トルクを力行動作に対応する目標トルクに設定した状態で、前記エンジンの回転数が所定の第2の回転数よりも高くなったとき、前記電動発電機の目標トルクを減少させることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項2に記載の建設機械において、
前記車体コントローラは、
前記エンジンのトルクを推定するトルク推定部を備え、
前記エンジンコントローラは、前記エンジンの回転数が前記エンジンの目標回転数に一致するように前記エンジンのトルクを発生させ、
前記電動発電機制御部は、前記トルク制御を行っている間に、前記電動発電機の目標トルクを力行動作に対応する目標トルクに設定した状態で、前記トルク推定部によって推定されたトルクが所定のトルクよりも小さくなったとき、前記電動発電機の目標トルクを減少させることを特徴とする建設機械。
