Abstract
Description
本出願は、2010年3月23日に出願された「Methods and Apparatus for indicating Network Machine Type Communication Capabilities」と題された米国特許仮出願第61/316596号明細書と、2010年4月2日に出願された「Improving Efficiency by Signaling Reduction for MTC Devices」と題された米国特許仮出願第61/320610号明細書と、2010年4月29日に出願された「Methods of Improving Power Efficiency by Signaling Reduction for MTC Devices」と題された米国特許仮出願第61/329392号明細書との利益を主張し、その開示内容は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (3)
- 無線送信/受信ユニット(WTRU)であって、
無線ノードからページを受信することであって、前記ページは、前記無線ノードのマシンタイプ通信(MTC)能力情報を含み、前記無線ノードの前記MTC能力情報は、前記無線ノードの小データ伝送能力を含み、
前記無線ノードの前記MTC能力情報を含む前記ページの受信に応答して、前記WTRUの小データ伝送能力を含むMTCデータをメッセージに付加し、
前記WTRUから、前記WTRUの小データ伝送能力を含む前記付加されたMTCデータとともに前記メッセージを送信するように少なくとも構成されたプロセッサ
を備えたことを特徴とするWTRU。 - 前記メッセージは、システム情報ブロードキャストメッセージ、無線リソース制御(RRC)接続設定要求、即時割り当てメッセージ、ネットワークアクセス階層アタッチメッセージ、トラッキングエリア更新メッセージ、ルーティングエリア更新メッセージ、位置更新受諾メッセージ、または一時移動体加入者識別メッセージの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記付加されたMTCデータとともに前記メッセージは、RRC接続を確立することなしに送信されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
