Description
本出願は、2010年3月23日に出願された「Methods and Apparatus for indicating Network Machine Type Communication Capabilities」と題された米国特許仮出願第61/316596号明細書と、2010年4月2日に出願された「Improving Efficiency by Signaling Reduction for MTC Devices」と題された米国特許仮出願第61/320610号明細書と、2010年4月29日に出願された「Methods of Improving Power Efficiency by Signaling Reduction for MTC Devices」と題された米国特許仮出願第61/329392号明細書との利益を主張し、その開示内容は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (10)
- 無線送信/受信ユニット(WTRU)であって、
第1の指示を第1のメッセージに付加するように少なくとも構成されたプロセッサであって、前記第1の指示は、マシンタイプ通信(MTC)小データ伝送についての前記WTRUの能力を示し、前記MTC小データ伝送の能力は、制御プレーンを介したユーザデータの送信についての能力を含むことと、
前記第1のメッセージを通信ネットワークへ送信するように少なくとも構成された送信機と、
第2のメッセージを前記通信ネットワークから受信するように少なくとも構成された受信機であって、前記第2のメッセージは、第2の指示を含み、前記第2の指示は、前記MTC小データ伝送についての前記通信ネットワークの能力を含むことと
を備え、
前記送信機は、第3のメッセージを前記通信ネットワークへ送信するようにさらに構成され、前記第3のメッセージは、付加されたMTC小データを含み、前記MTC小データは、ユーザデータを含み、少なくとも前記ユーザデータは、前記制御プレーンを介して送信されることを特徴とするWTRU。 - 前記送信機は、前記第3のメッセージが、無線リソース制御(RRC)接続要求メッセージ、アタッチ完了メッセージ、トラッキングエリア更新要求メッセージ、ルーティングエリア更新要求メッセージ、位置更新受諾メッセージ、または一時移動体加入者識別メッセージの少なくとも1つであるようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第1のメッセージが、アタッチ要求メッセージまたはトラッキングエリア更新要求メッセージの少なくとも1つであるようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記受信機は、前記第2のメッセージが、アタッチ受諾メッセージまたはトラッキングエリア更新受諾メッセージの少なくとも1つであるようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記送信機は、前記第3のメッセージを1または複数のベアラを確立することなしに送信されるようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 無線送信/受信ユニット(WTRU)により実行される方法であって、
第1の指示を第1のメッセージに付加することであって、前記第1の指示は、マシンタイプ通信(MTC)小データ伝送についての前記WTRUの能力を示し、前記MTC小データ伝送の能力は、制御プレーンを介したユーザデータの送信についての能力を含むこと、
送信機を介して、前記第1のメッセージを通信ネットワークへ送信すること、
受信機を介して、第2のメッセージを前記通信ネットワークから受信することであって、前記第2のメッセージは、第2の指示を含み、前記第2の指示は、前記MTC小データ伝送についての前記通信ネットワークの能力を含むこと、および
前記送信機を介して、第3のメッセージを前記通信ネットワークへ送信することであって、前記第3のメッセージは、付加されたMTC小データを含み、前記MTC小データは、ユーザデータを含み、少なくとも前記ユーザデータは、前記制御プレーンを介して送信されること
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第3のメッセージは、無線リソース制御(RRC)接続要求メッセージ、アタッチ完了メッセージ、トラッキングエリア更新要求メッセージ、ルーティングエリア更新要求メッセージ、位置更新受諾メッセージ、または一時移動体加入者識別メッセージの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のメッセージは、アタッチ要求メッセージまたはトラッキングエリア更新要求メッセージの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のメッセージは、アタッチ受諾メッセージまたはトラッキングエリア更新受諾メッセージの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第3のメッセージは、1または複数のベアラを確立することなしに送信されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
