Abstract
【解決手段】本実施例の車両充電装置は、外部の電源供給源から供給される電源が入力される電源入力部と、前記電源入力部を介して入力された電源を車両に伝達するリレー部と、前記リレー部の動作を制御し、前記車両の充電を制御するためのパイロット信号を生成するパイロット回路と、を含み、前記パイロット回路は前記パイロット信号に当たるPWM信号のデューティ比を変更することで車両充電の中断を誘導する第1動作と、前記第1動作によっても車両充電の中断が行われない場合には前記リレー部をオープンすることで前記車両に電源が伝達されないようにする第2動作とを順次に行う。

Claims (10)
- 外部の電源供給源から供給される電源が入力される電源入力部と、
前記電源入力部を介して入力された電源を車両に伝達するリレー部と、
前記リレー部の動作を制御し、前記車両の充電を制御するためのパイロット信号を生成するパイロット回路と、を含み、
前記パイロット回路は、前記パイロット信号に当たるPWM信号のデューティ比を変更することで車両充電の中断を誘導する第1動作と、前記第1動作によっても車両充電の中断が行われない場合には前記リレー部をオープンすることで前記車両に電源が伝達されないようにする第2動作とを順次に行う、車両充電装置。 - 前記パイロット回路は、前記第1動作を行う際、前記車両側に伝達するPWM信号のデューティ比を100%に設定する、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記パイロット回路は、前記第1動作を行う際、前記車両側に予め伝達したPWM信号のデューティ比に比べて予め設定された割合以上にデューティ比が増加した信号を生成する、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記パイロット信号は、前記第1動作を行う前に、
前記車両充電のための充電電流値が予め設定された充電電流値に当たるか否かを確認し、確認した充電電流値が予め設定された充電電流値に当たらなければ前記車両充電のための充電電流値を予め設定した範囲に減少させる、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。 - 前記パイロット回路は、前記車両充電のための充電電流値が予め設定された範囲に減少されるか否かを更に確認し、確認の結果、前記充電電流値が減少していなければ前記第1動作を行う、請求項4に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記パイロット回路は、前記第1動作を行った後、前記車両充電が中断されたか否かを確認し、確認の結果、前記車両充電が持続されていると判断される場合には前記第2動作を行う、請求項5に記載の車両充電装置。
- バッテリが具備された車両に連結されて前記車両の充電を制御する充電制御装置を利用して前記車両の充電を制御する方法であって、
前記車両は、前記充電制御装置から伝達される電源を変換する電力変換部と、前記電力変換部の動作を制御する充電制御部と、前記充電制御装置とパイロット通信を行うための第2パイロット回路と、を含み、
前記充電制御装置は、前記第2パイロット回路と通信する第1パイロット回路と、前記電力変換部に電源を伝達するリレー部と、を含み、
前記車両の充電電流値を確認するステップと、
前記確認された充電電流値が予め設定された充電電流値に当たるか否かを判断するステップと、
前記測定された充電電流値が予め設定された充電電流値に当たらない場合、前記充電制御部が前記電力変換部を制御して充電電流値を減少させるステップと、
前記減少させた充電電流値に対応して前記車両の充電が減少するか否かを確認するステップと、
前記車両の充電が減少していない場合、前記第1パイロット回路は第2パイロット回路側に伝達するPWM信号のデューティ比を変更するステップと、を含む車両充電方法。 - 前記PWM信号のデューティ比を変更するステップは、前記第1パイロット回路がデューティ比100%を有するPWM信号を生成して伝達する、請求項7に記載の車両充電方法。
- 前記PWM信号のデューティ比を変更した後、前記車両の充電が持続されるか否かを確認するステップを更に含み、
前記車両の充電が持続されるか否かは、前記第1パイロット回路又は前記充電制御部によって確認される、請求項7に記載の車両充電方法。 - 前記車両の充電が持続されるか否かを判断した結果、前記車両の充電が持続される場合、前記第1パイロット回路の制御によって前記リレー部がオープンされることで前記電力変換部に伝達される電源を制御する、請求項9に記載の車両充電方法。
