Claims (15)
- 第1の駆動要素(2)に装着するための第1のフランジ部(4a)、前記第1のフランジ部(4a)から半径方向外方に広がるダイヤフラム部(4b)、第2のフランジ部(4c)、および前記ダイヤフラム部(4b)の外周から前記第2のフランジ部(4c)まで延びる管部分(4d)を有する、繊維複合材料から一体に製作された第1の継手部材(4)と、
第2の駆動要素(3)に装着するための第1のフランジ部(5a)、前記第1のフランジ部(5a)から半径方向外方に広がるダイヤフラム部(5b)、第2のフランジ部(5c)、および前記ダイヤフラム部(5b)の外周から前記第2のフランジ部(5c)まで延びる管部分(5d)を有する、繊維複合材料から一体に製作された第2の継手部材(5)と、
前記第1の継手部材(4)と前記第2の継手部材(5)を前記第1の継手部材(4)および前記第2の継手部材(5)の第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)により連結する連結要素(6)と
を備える継手であって、
環状の前記ダイヤフラム部(4b、5b)が、前記第1の継手部材(4)の回転軸線および前記第2の継手部材(5)の回転軸線の軸線方向または半径方向の変位を補償するように構成されており、前記管部分(4d、5d)によって軸線方向に互いに離間している、継手において、
前記管部分(4d、5d)がそれぞれ、非凹設部(4g、5g)によって周方向に互いに離間しており、かつ前記ダイヤフラム部(4b、5b)から離れた所にある2つ以上の凹所(4f、5f)を有し、前記凹所(4f、5f)が、前記第1の継手部材(4)および前記第2の継手部材(5)の第1の相対位置では、前記第1の継手部材(4)の前記凹所(4f)が、前記継手(1)の内部(14)にアクセスするための開口(15)を共に形成するように、前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記凹所(5f)と向かい合い、かつ、第2の相対位置では、前記第1の継手部材(4)の前記凹所(4f)および前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記凹所(5f)がそれぞれ、周方向にずらされ、前記非凹設部(4g、5g)と向かい合う態様で配置されることを特徴とする、継手。 - 前記第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)が半径方向外方に広がっており、周方向に前記凹所(4f、5f)で中断されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記第1の継手部材(4)上の前記凹所(4f)がそれぞれ、隣り合う連結要素(6)の間に延びており、前記第2の継手部材(5)上の非凹設部(5g)によって間を接続されており、前記非凹設部(5g)がそれぞれ、対応する前記隣り合う連結要素(6)の間に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の継手。
- 前記第1の継手部材(4)と前記第2の継手部材(5)が互いに対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第1の継手部材(4)と前記第2の継手部材(5)が、少なくとも前記ダイヤフラム部(4b、5b)、前記管部分(4d、5d)、および前記第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)に関して形状が全く同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第1の継手部材(4)上の前記凹所(4f)と前記第2の継手部材(5)上の前記凹所(5f)とが同じパターンで配置されており、前記パターンが前記継手の運転モードで円周方向にずらされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記管部分(4d、5d)には、内方または外方に張り出した張出部(4h、5h)が形成されており、前記凹所(4f、5f)がそれぞれ張出部(4h、5h)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第1および第2の連結部材(4、5)の一方の前記凹所(4f、5f)が、前記第1および第2の連結部材(4、5)の他方に向かって軸線方向に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記凹所(4f、5f)が、前記周方向に対してある傾斜角度で傾けられた周縁部(4i、5i)を有し、前記傾斜角度が40°〜50°の範囲内の絶対値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)が、前記管部分(4d、5d)よりも厚い肉厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第1および第2の継手部材(4、5)の前記第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)が軸線方向に互いに部分的に重なり合っており、前記継手部材(4、5)の間の連結が、前記第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)の前記重なり合う部分で成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記第1の継手部材(4)の前記第2のフランジ部(4c)の前面の一部が、前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記第2のフランジ部(5c)の前面の一部と向かい合っており、前記2つの継手部材(4、5)の間の連結が、前記第2のフランジ部(4c、5c)の前記前面の一部で成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記ダイヤフラム部(4b、5b)が、環状であり、径方向平面で広がっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 第1の駆動要素(2)と、第2の駆動要素(3)と、前記第1の駆動要素(2)と前記第2の駆動要素(3)を駆動連結する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に定義されている継手(1)と、を備える駆動シャフト。
- 第1の駆動要素(2)と第2の駆動要素(3)との間の限られたスペース(S)内に請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の継手(1)を取り付ける方法であって、
前記第2の駆動要素(3)と向かい合う、前記第1の継手部材(4)の側面からアクセスして前記第1の継手部材(4)の前記第1のフランジ部(4a)を前記第1の駆動要素(2)に連結することにより、前記第1の継手部材(4)を前記第1の駆動要素(2)に装着するステップと、
前記第1の継手部材(4)の前記凹所(4f)と前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記凹所(5f)とが互いに向き合うように、前記第2の継手部材(5)を前記第1の継手部材(4)と前記第2の駆動要素(3)との間に挿入するステップと、
前記第1および第2の継手部材(4、5)の対向する前記凹所(4f、5f)によって形成された開口(15)を通じて前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記第1のフランジ部(5a)にアクセスし、前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記第1のフランジ部(5a)を前記第2の駆動要素(3)に連結することにより、前記第2の継手部材(5)を第2の駆動要素(3)に装着するステップと、
前記第1の駆動要素(2)と前記第2の駆動要素(3)を互いに対して回転させて前記凹所(4f、5f)を周方向にずらし、続いて、前記第1の継手部材(4)の前記第2のフランジ部(4c)と前記第2の継手部材(5)の前記第2のフランジ部(5c)とを互いに連結するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
