Claims (3)
- 回転型軸方向軸のためのフレキシブルダイヤフラムカップリングアッセンブリであって、
第1のフランジ部と、
第2のフランジ部と、を含み、
前記第1のフランジ部と前記第2のフランジ部が、第1のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素と、第2のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素と、第3のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素および第4のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素とを含む、軸方向に整列された4つのフレキシブルダイアフラムカップリング要素により互いに接続され、
それぞれの前記フレキシブルダイアフラム要素が
a)ラジアル方向の内側ハブ部と、
b)ラジアル方向の外側リム部と、
c)前記ラジアル方向の外側リム部と、前記ラジアル方向の内側ハブ部との間に延びるフレキシブルダイヤフラム部と、を含み、
前記フレキシブルダイヤフラム部が、
i)前記ラジアル方向の内側ハブ部に隣接する最大軸方向厚さと、前記フレキシブルダイヤフラム部の最小軸方向厚さ点まで延びるラジアル方向の外側方向にテーパー付けされた軸方向厚さと、を有する、ラジアル方向の内側ダイヤフラム部と、
ii)前記ラジアル方向の外側リム部に隣接する最大軸方向厚さと、前記フレキシブルダイヤフラム部の最小軸方向厚さ点まで延びるラジアル方向の内側方向にテーパー付けされた軸方向厚さとを有し、前記フレキシブルダイヤフラム部の最小軸方向厚さ点が、前記ラジアル方向の内側ハブ部よりも前記ラジアル方向の外側リム部により近くにした、ラジアル方向の外側ダイヤフラム部とを備え、
前記第1のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素が、前記第2のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素と、それらのラジアル方向の外側リム部で接続し、
前記第3のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素が、前記第4のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素と、それらのラジアル方向の外側リム部で接続し、
前記第2のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素が、前記第3のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素と、それらのラジアル方向の内側ハブ部で接続し、
一対の前記フレキシブルダイアフラム要素2つが、その平面状の側面の方向が互いに逆である状態で軸方向に整列されたダイヤフラム要素として配置され、かつ、前記第1のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素および前記第2のフレキシブルダイアフラム要素が、その曲線状表面が前記第1のフランジ部に対面するように配置され、
前記第3のフレキシブルダイヤフラム要素および前記第4のフレキシブルダイヤフラム要素が、その曲線状表面が前記第2のフランジ部に対面するように配置された、ことを特徴とする、フレキシブルダイヤフラムカップリングアッセンブリ。 - それぞれの前記フレキシブルダイアフラム要素の前記ラジアル方向の内側ダイヤフラム部の最大軸方向厚さを、それぞれの前記フレキシブルダイアフラム要素の前記ラジアル方向の外側ダイヤフラム部の最大軸方向厚さよりも大きくした、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルダイヤフラムカップリングアッセンブリ。
- 前記フレキシブルダイヤフラム部が、軸方向に対向する第1の側面および第2の側面を含み、前記第1の側面が曲線状であり、前記第2の側面が平面状である、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルダイヤフラムカップリングアッセンブリ。
