Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 複数の画素を区画し、前記複数の画素のそれぞれに開口を有しているバンクと、
発光層を含み、且つ前記バンクの開口の内側に形成される部分を有している有機層と、
無機材料によって形成され、前記バンク及び前記有機層を覆っている第1のバリア層と、
有機材料によって形成され、前記第1のバリア層上に配置されている複数の有機部と、
無機材料によって形成され、前記第1のバリア層と前記複数の有機部とを覆っている第2のバリア層と、を含み、
前記バンクと前記第1のバリア層とに凹部が形成されており、
前記複数の有機部の一部は前記凹部に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記複数の画素のそれぞれに設けられているTFTと、
前記TFTを覆っている平坦化膜と、
前記複数の画素のそれぞれに設けられ、前記平坦化膜上に形成され、前記平坦化膜に形成されているコンタクトホールを介して前記TFTに接続されている下部電極と、を含み、
前記バンクは前記コンタクトホールを覆っており、
前記バンクと前記第1のバリア層の前記凹部は前記コンタクトホールに対応して凹んだ部分である、
ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 請求項2に記載の有機EL表示装置において、
前記バンクの厚さは前記平坦化膜の厚さよりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。
