Claims (10)
- 一体に結合されて接合部(206)を形成する複数の構成要素(204)であって、前記複数の構成要素の間に隙間(216)が少なくとも部分的に定められるように前記複数の構成要素(204)が方向付けられる、複数の構成要素(204)と、
前記隙間(216)に配置された充填材構造物(220)と、
を備え、
前記充填材構造物(220)は、独立気泡の発泡体コア(222)を備える、複合構造(200)。 - 前記独立気泡の発泡体コア(222)は、静水力学的な張力に応じて塑性的に降伏するように構成された側壁(226)を備える複数のコア部気泡(224)を備える、請求項1に記載の複合構造(200)。
- 前記複数のコア部気泡(224)は、前記側壁(226)によって定められた空所(228)を備え、前記空所(228)は、空気で実質的に満たされている、請求項2に記載の複合構造(200)。
- 前記充填材構造物(220)は、前記隙間(216)の断面形状と実質的に同様の断面形状を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造(200)。
- 前記複数の構成要素(204)は、前記隙間(216)が前記複数の構成要素(204)の長さに沿って延びるように一体に結合される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造(200)。
- 前記複数の構成要素(204)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記複数の構成要素(204)の間に角部隙間(216)が定められるように湾曲部を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造(200)。
- 複合構造(200)を形成する方法であって、
複数の構成要素(204)を一体に結合して接合部(206)を形成するステップであって、前記複数の構成要素の間に角部隙間(216)を形成するように前記複数の構成要素(204)が方向付けられる、ステップと、
独立気泡の発泡体コア(222)を含む充填材構造物(220)を形成するステップと、
前記充填材構造物(220)を前記角部隙間(216)に配置するステップと、
前記複数の構成要素(204)及び前記充填材構造物(220)に熱又は圧力の少なくとも一方を加えるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 充填材構造物(220)を形成するステップは、
前記角部隙間(216)の断面形状と実質的に同様の断面形状を有する金型に、所定の量の独立気泡の発泡体の材料を注ぐステップと、
前記所定の量の独立気泡の発泡体の材料を前記金型において硬化させるステップと、
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 充填材構造物(220)を形成するステップは、
所定の量の独立気泡の発泡体の材料を金型に注ぐステップと、
前記所定の量の独立気泡の発泡体の材料を前記金型において硬化させ、中間的な独立気泡の発泡体コア(246)を形成するステップと、
前記中間的な独立気泡の発泡体コア(246)を形成するステップであって、前記充填材構造物(220)が前記角部隙間(216)の断面形状と実質的に同様の断面形状を有するステップと、
を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記中間的な独立気泡の発泡体コア(246)を形成するステップは、前記中間的な独立気泡の発泡体コア(246)の切断、切削、又は機械加工のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
