表5〜7に示す組成のクリーム剤(実施例5〜19)、表8に示すローション剤(実施例20〜25)、表9に示すジェル剤(実施例26〜30)、及び表10〜12に示す乳液剤(実施例31〜48)を調製した。これらの製剤は、いずれも、前記試験例2の場合と同様に、患部の盛り上がり、つっぱり、及び変色(赤み、くすみ)の治療効果が格段に優れており、ケロイドや肥厚性瘢痕を効果的に治療できることが確認された。
