Abstract
【解決手段】車両用のブレーキアセンブリ10は、接続タブ36を有するロータ14と、ハブボビン間に位置してトッププレート64と共にクランプされるロータ接続タブ36と共に一体的に、または別個に形成されるボビンを有するハブ12と、を含む。ABSトーンリング40は、このハブに固定され、ロータ14によって取り囲まれる。あるいは、ABSトーンリング40は、トッププレート64の一部として形成される。ロータ14の熱膨張に対応するロータのがたつきを除去するために、トッププレートと共にスプリングクリップ50が使用される。トルクは、ファスナ接続部の捩れを防止するために、共通平面内でブレーキロータからハブ12に伝達される。

Claims (9)
- ブレーキ面と、複数の間隔をあけて配置される中実のタブを含む取付けフランジとを有するロータと、
車両構成要素への取付けのためにハブの軸本体から延びる取付け面と、
前記ロータの前記タブに接する放射状面と該放射状面上に複数の間隔をあけて配置されるボビンとを含む環状リング状のロータ支持体であって前記ハブの軸本体から延びるロータ支持体と、
1対のボビン間及び前記放射状面に前記ロータの各タブをクランプするために、前記ボビンに固定されるプレートと、を備え、
前記複数のボビンは、前記ロータ支持体の放射状面上において該複数のボビン間に凹みが形成されるように軸方向に延び、
前記ロータの前記タブは、前記ロータ支持体の放射状面上の前記複数のボビン間における前記凹みに位置し、
前記ボビンに固定される前記プレートに、トーンリングが形成され、
前記プレートと前記ロータのタブとの間に配置されるスプリングを更に備え、
前記スプリングは、前記プレートと前記ロータのタブとの間に配置されたスプリングクリップを含む、ブレーキアセンブリ。 - 前記プレートは環状リングである、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
- 前記ボビンは、前記ロータ支持体の前記放射状面と一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
- 前記ボビンは、別個の要素である、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
- 各ボビンは孔を有し、前記ブレーキアセンブリは、前記孔内に延びて前記プレートを前記ボビンに固定するファスナを更に備える、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
- 車両と組み合わされる、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
- 前記ファスナは、複数設けられており、
前記複数のファスナは、前記各孔内にそれぞれ延びて前記プレートを前記ボビンに固定する、請求項5に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。 - 前記トーンリングの回転を検知するように構成されたアンチロックブレーキシステムを更に備える、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
- 前記ボビンは、前記ロータのタブの高さより高い高さを有する、請求項1に記載のブレーキアセンブリ。
