前記押子の前記近位端に摺動可能に取り付けられる母指押込み部と、
前記母指押込み部と前記押子の前記近位端との間に配置された拍動制御要素と、
前記押子の前記遠位端に配置され、前記外筒の前記内面と液密密着状態を確立するストッパと、
を含み、
前記遠位方向に面する傾斜面は、前記第一の拍動発生要素と係合して前記押子に加えられる遠位方向の力に抵抗する係合力を提供し、前記母指押込み部に前記遠位方向に加えられる力が前記係合力より大きいことで、前記押子が前記外筒内で遠位方向に移動するときに前記押子の拍動的運動を起こさせることを特徴とする洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。 - 前記拍動制御要素は、前記母指押込み部に遠位方向の力が加えられると圧縮して圧縮力を発生させ、前記遠位方向の力が解除されると伸張するばねを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
- 前記ばねは、前記母指押込み部に遠位方向の力を連続的に加えることによって前記圧縮力が増大し、最終的に係合力より大きくなり、前記第一の拍動発生要素が前記第二の拍動発生要素から外れ、前記押子が遠位方向に移動できるようなばね定数を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
- 前記ばね定数は、前記第一の拍動発生要素と前記第二の拍動発生要素が外れることによって、前記ばねが伸張し、前記圧縮力が減少するような定数であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
- 前記母指押込み部は、近位端と、遠位端と、前記母指押込み部の前記遠位端に配置された複数の係合タブと、をさらに含み、前記押子は複数の開口部をさらに備え、該開口部は、遠位端と、近位端と、前記遠位端と前記近位端の間の、前記係合タブを受けるための長さとを有し、前記係合タブは、前記母指押込み部に前記遠位方向の前記圧縮力が加えられ、前記圧縮力が解除されると、前記複数の開口部の前記長さに沿って摺動するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。

前記外筒内に配置され、遠位端および近位端をもつ圧縮可能な押子本体と、前記押子本体に沿って配置された複数の突起とを有する押子であって、各々の突起は、遠位方向に面する傾斜面および近位方向に面する垂直面を有し、これにより母指押込み部に遠位方向の力が加えられて、前記遠位方向に面する傾斜面の前記外筒の突出部に対する係合を生じさせて可変的な干渉力が提供されるとともに、前記押子が前記外筒内で遠位方向に移動するときに、前記押子を拍動的に移動させて前記洗浄用溶液にパルス状の流れを起こさせ、前記押子本体が、ばねを含む中空部分をさらに備え、前記ばねは、前記ばねが当初は圧縮されて前記干渉力より小さい力を発生させ、前記母指押込み部にさらに遠位方向の力が加えられると、前記ばねが圧縮して、前記干渉力より大きな力を発生させるようなばね定数を有する押子と、

- 前記第一の拍動発生要素は、内側に向かって前記外筒の前記液室内へと伸びる保持リングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
- 前記第二の拍動発生要素は、前記押子本体に沿って配置された複数の突起を含み、前記複数の突起は前記押子本体から外側に向かって延びることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の突起は、前記押子本体に沿って一定間隔で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の洗浄用シリンジ。
- 前記液室内に所定の量の洗浄用溶液をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
- 前記洗浄用溶液は、生理食塩水とヘパリンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の洗浄用シリンジアセンブリ。
