Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態では、人体を温める温調制御装置に本発明を適用した例について説明する。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態に対して温度変化体を変更したものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、ここでは説明を省略する。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。

Claims (7)
- 通電されることによって温度が変化する温度変化体(21a、22)と、
前記温度変化体上に配置され、熱流束に応じたセンサ信号を出力する熱流束センサ(10)と、
前記熱流束センサを覆うように、
前記熱流束センサを挟んで前記温度変化体側と反対側に配置された熱拡散層(40)と、
前記温度変化体への通電を制御することで前記温度変化体の温度を調整する制御部(2)と、を備え、
人体(210)が接触する表皮(200a)側から順に、前記熱拡散層、前記熱流束センサ、前記温度変化体が配置され、
前記熱流束センサは、前記熱拡散層、前記熱流束センサ、前記温度変化体の配列方向に当該熱流束センサを通過する前記熱流束に応じた前記センサ信号を出力し、
前記制御部は、前記熱流束センサから出力される前記センサ信号に基づき、前記温度変化体への通電の開始および停止を制御することを特徴とする温調制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記熱流束センサから出力される前記センサ信号の絶対値が開始閾値以上になると前記温度変化体への通電を開始し、前記温度変化体への通電を開始した後、前記センサ信号の変化量の絶対値が停止閾値以上になると前記温度変化体への通電を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温調制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記温度変化体に通電を開始した後、前記表皮と前記温度変化体との間の熱流束が一定となるように前記温度変化体への通電を調整する温調制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の温調制御装置。
- 前記表皮の温度に応じた検出信号を出力する温度センサ(50)を備え、
前記制御部は、前記温度変化体への通電を開始した後、前記温調制御を行う前に、前記温度センサからの検出信号に基づき、前記表皮の温度が所定温度となるように前記温度変化体への通電量を調整することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の温調制御装置。 - 前記熱流束センサは、熱可塑性樹脂からなる絶縁基材(100)に厚さ方向に貫通する複数の第1、第2ビアホール(101、102)が形成されていると共に、前記第1、第2ビアホールに互いに異なる金属で形成された第1、第2層間接続部材(130、140)が埋め込まれ、前記第1、第2層間接続部材が交互に直列接続された構成とされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の温調制御装置。
- 前記第1、第2層間接続部材を形成する前記金属の少なくとも一方は、複数の金属原子が当該金属原子の結晶構造を維持した状態で焼結された焼結合金であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の温調制御装置。
- 前記熱流束センサは、前記絶縁基材の表面(100a)に表面パターン(111)が形成された表面保護部材(110)が配置されていると共に前記表面と反対側の裏面(100b)に裏面パターン(121)が形成された裏面保護部材(120)が配置され、前記裏面保護部材、前記絶縁基材、前記表面保護部材が一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の温調制御装置。
