Abstract
【解決手段】両面に水素又は空気が流入される触媒層100と、触媒層100の一側に設けられ、前記水素又は空気のいずれか一つが流動するように複数個の第1チャネル210を含む一側分離板200と、触媒層100の他側に設けられ、第1チャネル210の垂直方向に配置されている複数個の第2チャネル310を含む他側分離板300と、を含み、第2チャネル310各々は、前記水素又は空気の他の一つが前記第2チャネル310の垂直方向に流動するように複数個の通気孔320を含むセパレーターを有する燃料電池。

Claims (7)
- 両面に水素または空気が流入される触媒層と、
前記触媒層の一側に設けられ、前記水素または空気のいずれか一つが流動するように複数個の第1チャネルを含む一側分離板と、
前記触媒層の他側に設けられ、前記第1チャネルの垂直方向に配置されている複数個の第2チャネルを含む他側分離板と、を含み、
前記第2チャネルそれぞれは、前記水素または空気の他の一つが前記第2チャネルの垂直方向に流動するように複数個の通気孔を含むことを特徴とする、燃料電池。 - 前記一側分離板および他側分離板は、ジグザグ状に折り曲げられ、それぞれの一側面に形成された折り曲げられた端部が前記触媒層と接触してそれぞれの分離板と触媒層との間に閉ループを形成することで第1チャネルおよび第2チャネルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記通気孔は、前記他側分離板の折り曲げられた一端と他端をつなぐ傾斜面に形成され、前記通気孔は、前記第2チャネルの長さに沿って予め設定された間隔おきに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池。
- 複数個の傾斜面のいずれか一つの傾斜面に形成された通気孔は、隣接する傾斜面に形成された通気孔と交互に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の燃料電池。
- 複数個の傾斜面のいずれか一つの傾斜面に形成された通気孔は、それぞれ隣接する傾斜面に形成された二つの通気孔間の中央部に対応する位置に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記一側分離板または他側分離板の少なくともいずれか一つの他側面を覆う気密パネルをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記一側分離板の一側面と前記触媒層との接触面積は、前記一側分離板の他側面と前記気密パネルとの接触面積より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料電池。
