Claims (21)
- 2〜50 nmの範囲の細孔を有する、医薬としての使用のための多孔質シリカ材料であって、2〜50 nmの範囲の前記細孔の平均細孔径が、2〜25 nmの範囲にあり、細孔径分布(PSD)が、前記細孔の少なくとも80%が2〜25 nmの範囲に含まれるものである、多孔質シリカ材料。
- 2〜50 nmの範囲の前記細孔の平均細孔径が、7〜15 nmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- 前記細孔の少なくとも90%の細孔径が、規定された前記2〜25 nmの範囲に含まれるものである、請求項1又は2に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- BET表面積が、300〜1300 m2/gの間である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- BET表面積が、500〜900 m2/gの間である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- 窒素吸着によって測定される細孔容積が0.3〜1.7 cm3/gの範囲にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- 2〜50 nmの範囲の細孔、及び50 nmより大きい細孔の両方を含有する、階層的な多孔質構造をさらに有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- (a) 肥満、脂質異常症、若しくは高血圧の治療若しくは予防;
(b) 血中のトリグリセリド若しくはコレステロール値を低減させる治療的方法;又は
(c) 体脂肪組成物を低減させる治療的方法
における使用のための、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。 - 前記治療若しくは予防又は治療的方法が、オルリスタットと組み合わせて行われる、請求項8に記載の多孔質シリカ材料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料の対象への投与を含む、
(a) 体脂肪組成物を低減させる;又は
(b) 血中のトリグリセリド若しくはコレステロール値を低減させる;
非治療的方法。 - 経口食品調製物中又は食品組成物中の食品有効成分としての、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料の使用。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料を含む食品有効成分、経口食品調製物、又は食品組成物。
- 液体又は固体の香味剤をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の食品有効成分、経口食品調製物、又は食品組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料を95質量%〜100質量%含む、請求項12又は13に記載の食品有効成分、経口食品調製物、又は食品組成物。
- 医薬有効成分として、
(a) 肥満、脂質異常症、若しくは高血圧の治療若しくは予防;
(b) 血中のトリグリセリド若しくはコレステロール値の低減;又は
(c) 体脂肪組成物の低減
に有効な量の請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料を含む医薬製剤。 - 前記治療若しくは予防又は低減が、オルリスタットと組み合わせて行われる、請求項15に記載の医薬製剤。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質シリカ材料を95質量%〜100質量%含む、請求項15に記載の医薬製剤。
- 体重低減特性を有する成分又は成分の組み合わせをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の医薬製剤。
- 前記体重低減特性を有する成分がオルリスタットである、請求項18に記載の医薬製剤。
- (a) 肥満、脂質異常症、若しくは高血圧の治療若しくは予防;
(b) 血中のトリグリセリド若しくはコレステロール値を低減させる治療的方法;又は
(c) 体脂肪組成物を低減させる治療的方法
における使用のための、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載の医薬製剤。 - 前記治療若しくは予防又は治療的方法が、オルリスタットと組み合わせて行われる、請求項20に記載の医薬製剤。
