Abstract
Description

Claims (27)
- 患者体内の開口を閉鎖するデバイスであって、
複数の細長い部材を備えるフレームと、
複数の取付部材を備えるハブ構成要素とを備え、前記複数の細長い部材の各細長い部材において、前記細長い部材の第1の端部が、取付領域で、前記複数の取付部材の取付部材に固定的に取り付けられており、
前記フレームと前記ハブ構成要素が一体になって、少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素を形成し、前記複数の取付部材の各取付部材が、前記ハブ構成要素に対して旋回するように構成されていて、各取付領域が、前記ハブ構成要素に対して移動可能なようになっているデバイス。 - 各取付領域が、前記ハブ構成要素に対して、多自由度で移動可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 各取付領域が、前記ハブ構成要素に対して、1自由度で移動可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハブ構成要素が複数のソケットを更に備え、前記複数の取付部材の各取付部材が、概ね球状の部材を備え、前記概ね球状の部材のそれぞれを、前記複数のソケットのうちの1つのソケットが受け入れて、玉継手の配置を形成する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数のソケットの各ソケットが、前記受け入れた概ね球状の部材の位置を保持するようになっている1つ以上の位置ストッパーを備える、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記概ね球状の部材が前記ソケット内で旋回すると、前記概ね球状の部材に加わる張力が増大する、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の細長い部材の各細長い部材が1本のワイヤーから形成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記閉鎖要素が、実質的に平らな面を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハブ構成要素が、前記デバイスの近位端に配置された第1のハブ構成要素であり、前記デバイスが、前記デバイスの遠位端に配置された第2のハブ構成要素を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フレームの少なくとも一部を覆うカバーを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記カバーが、前記ハブの少なくとも一部を覆う、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記カバーが膜を含む、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記膜がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記膜が、ePTFE及びPTFEのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記膜がコポリマーを含む、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の取付部材が、前記ハブ構成要素の周囲に、実質的に等間隔で配置されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハブ構成要素が、実質的に前記閉鎖要素の中心に配置されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の細長い部材の各細長い部材が、各取付領域において、前記複数の細長い部材のうちの他の細長い部材から独立して移動する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の細長い部材が、弾性特性と、所定の形とを有し、前記フレームが、折り畳んで送達時の構成を有することができるとともに、所定の形に拡張して、展開時の構成を有することができる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の細長い部材の少なくとも1つの細長い部材が、前記ハブ構成要素の中心軸線に対して平行に移動する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハブ構成要素が、前記ハブ構成要素の中心軸線に沿って配置される穴を画定し、前記穴が前記ハブ構成要素を貫通する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハブ構成要素が複数のソケットを更に備え、前記複数の取付部材の各取付部材が、1つ以上のピンを介してソケットに連結される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記取付部材が受容部を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記取付部材が、前記細長い部材の前記第1の端部と一体的である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記閉鎖要素が、実質的に凸状の面を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記閉鎖要素が、実質的に凹形の面を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記細長い部材の少なくとも1つから延びる少なくとも1つの固定部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
