Claims (25)
- 患者の身体部(9)と接触して配置されるように構成される第1の電極(4)および第2の電極(5)を備える脈拍計(10)であって、前記第1の電極(4)および前記第2の電極(5)はそれぞれ、第1のアーム(1)および第2のアーム(2)に配置され、前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)は中心部(3)から延び、前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)のそれぞれの第1の端部(4a、5a)は、前記脈拍計(10)が、患者の身体部(9)の適用位置に配置される場合、互いから離れて曲がるように配置される、脈拍計。
- 前記患者の身体部(9)の適用位置において、前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)は力により互いに対して付勢され、前記力は、前記第1の電極(4)および第2の電極(5)から前記患者の身体部(9)まで伝えられる、請求項1に記載の脈拍計。
- 第3の電極(6)が前記中心部(3)の位置に配置され、前記脈拍計(10)が適用位置にある場合、第3の電極(6)は前記患者の身体部(9)と接触するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1のアーム(1)、前記第2のアーム(2)および前記中心部(3)は一緒に湾曲した弓形を形成し、前記第1の電極(4)および前記第2の電極(5)は前記湾曲した弓形に配置され、内側を向いている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1の電極(4)および前記第2の電極(5)はそれらのそれぞれのアーム(1、3)にスナップ式で取り付けられる、請求項4に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1の電極(4)および前記第2の電極(5)は金属、好ましくは鋼または十分に流電結合する他の材料からなる、請求項4または5に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1の電極(4)および前記第2の電極(5)は、7から19cm2である、患者の皮膚と接触するための全体に平らな面を有する、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。

- 少なくとも1つの加速度計を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 電極間に高周波数、すなわち脈拍測定のために使用される周波数より実質的に高い周波数を与えるための手段を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 少なくとも1つの温度センサを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 患者が覆われているかどうかを検出するために、少なくとも1つの光センサを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- リモートレシーバと通信するように構成されるマイクロホンを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記脈拍計は、ベースユニットに有線または無線で接続され、前記ベースユニットは、フィードバックを管理人に提供するためのインターフェース手段、例えばディスプレイ、光または音発生手段を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記脈拍計は、使用中でない場合、前記ベースユニットに取り付けられるように構成され、前記ベースユニットに取り付けられた前記脈拍計に応答して、または例えば前記第1の電極と第2の電極にわたるインピーダンスを測定することによって、電源をオンまたはオフにするための手段を含む、請求項14に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1の電極と第2の電極との間の実質的に無限インピーダンスを検出するため、および実質的に無限インピーダンスが特定の時間にわたって検出される場合、前記脈拍計をオフにするための手段を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記張力小片が長時間、引っ張られた様式でない場合、前記脈拍計をオフにするための手段を含む、請求項8に記載の脈拍計。
- アクチュエータ(7)が、2つの取り付け部分において前記湾曲した弓形の内側に接続され、隙間(11)が前記アクチュエータ(7)と前記湾曲した弓形との間に存在する、請求項4〜17のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第3の電極(6)は前記アクチュエータ(7)に配置される、請求項18に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)は、前記中心部(3)においてヒンジ(12)に接続される、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)は、前記中心部(3)に沿って連続している、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
- 前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)は、前記第1の端部(4a、5a)の反対側にある、それぞれの追加の端部(14、15)を有し、前記第1のアーム(1)および前記第2のアーム(2)は、前記第1の端部(4a、5a)と第2の端部(14、15)との間に配置されるヒンジ(12)で互いに接続され、バネ(16)が、前記ヒンジ(12)と前記追加の端部(14、15)との間の位置において前記第1のアーム(1)と前記第2のアーム(2)との間に配置される、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。

- 前記電極(4、5、6)は、無線通信出力デバイスに電気的に接続される、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の脈拍計。
