31人の気晴らしに健康な男性(22.46±2.33歳、1.81±0.06m、80.52±8.48kg)が研究に参加した。オーストラリア最強のフットボール、ラグビー(リーグ、ユニオン、またはタッチ)サッカーまたは短距離選手が含まれている。セッション間で、ノルディック・ハムストリング運動(NHE)の技術を継続的に変更させるために、ひとりの参加者は研究から除外された。したがって、全部で30人の参加者に対して解析が行われた。30人の参加者のうち、一人が、等運動性動力計で収縮を連続的に実行するが困難であったので、それに関する分析から除外された。すべての参加者は、下半身に怪我はなく、テストの時点では選択したスポーツでは完全に健康であった。すべての試験手法は、大学の人間研究倫理委員会によって承認された。参加者は、すべての手続きを説明した後でテストの前にインフォームドコンセントに記入した。
4人の活発な男性が4週間の間、10個のトレーニングセッションに参加した。参加者は左脚に対して伸長性膝屈筋等運動性運動を8回繰り返し、それを6セット実行した。右足はトレーニングせず、制御のままであった。治療介入の完了の前後で、参加者は2回の両側ノルディック・ハムストリング筋運動を2セット実行することにより装置100を使って伸長性膝屈筋強度のレベルが測定された。両足(前後で)の伸長性膝屈筋強度を比較するのに片側ペアt−検定が使用された。
左脚(トレーニングした)は伸長性膝屈筋強度の有意な増加を示した(トレーニング前は370.38N±76.17N、後では391.64N±73.85N、平均差は21.64N、p=0.009)。右足(制御)は変化しなかった(前が390.57N±51.74N、後が383.12N±47.76N、平均差が−7.45N、p=0.190)。
片側のハムストリング筋が肉離れで治療したことのある4人の元気な男性がこの実験に参加した。すべてのアスリートは、以前負傷した脚および負傷していない脚の両方に対して、伸長性膝屈筋強度を決定するべく装置100を使って2回の両側ノルディック・ハムストリング筋運動を2セット実行した。両足間で伸長性膝屈筋強度を比較するのに、片側ペアt−検定が使用された。
以前に負傷した脚(382.22N±14.19N)は、負傷していない脚(423.30N±26.40N)よりも有意に(p=0.041)弱かった。
Claims (34)
- 被験者の少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を評価するための装置であって、
a)サポートと、
b)前記サポートに対して使用中に固定される位置に前記被験者の下脚のそれぞれを固定する、2つの固定部材と、
c)前記被験者が少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の伸長性収縮を実行している間に、前記被験者の少なくとも片方の脚の前記少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を使用中に検知する、少なくともひとつのセンサーと
を備える装置。 - 前記少なくともひとつのセンサーは、前記2つの固定部材の少なくともひとつに結合されており、前記センサーは、前記被験者の下脚で発揮される力を検知する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくともひとつのセンサーは、2つのセンサーを含み、前記2つのセンサーは、前記2つの固定部材とそれぞれ結合され、前記被験者の各脚の少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を検知する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのセンサーは、前記被験者のそれぞれの脚の前記少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を同時に検知する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのセンサーは、前記被験者のそれぞれの脚の前記少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を異なる時刻に検知する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記2つの固定部材の少なくともひとつは前記センサーに取り付けられている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つの固定部材は、前記サポートに結合されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つの固定部材は、前記サポートに移動可能に載置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記サポートは、前記被験者の少なくともひとつの膝を使用中に支える少なくともひとつの膝サポートを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記膝サポートは前記サポート上に移動可能に載置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- a)前記少なくともひとつのセンサーからの信号をモニターし、
b)前記信号を少なくとも部分的に使って、前記少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示すインジケータを生成する、
電子的処理装置をさらに備える請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記インジケータは、

- 被験者の筋力を評価するのに使用する装置であって、
a)サポートと、
b)前記サポートに対して前記被験者の下脚のそれぞれの動きを制約する、2つの固定部材と、
c)前記被験者がある種の力を発揮する筋肉の運動を実行している間に、筋肉の強度を示す力を使用中に検知する、少なくともひとつのセンサーと
を備える装置。 - サポートと、2つの固定部材と、少なくともひとつのセンサーを有する装置を使って、被験者のハムストリング筋強度を評価する方法であって、
a)前記固定部材を使って、前記サポートに対して使用中に固定される位置に、前記被験者の両方の下脚を固定することと、
b)前記被験者が少なくともハムストリング筋の伸長性収縮を実行している間に、前記センサーを使って前記被験者の少なくとも片方の脚の少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を検知することと
を備える方法。 - 前記少なくともひとつのセンサーは、2つのセンサーを有し、前記2つのセンサーは、前記2つの固定部材にそれぞれ結合され、当該方法は、前記被験者のそれぞれの脚の少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を検知することをさらに備える請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者のそれぞれの脚の少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を検知することは、前記被験者のそれぞれの脚の前記少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を同時に検知することを含む請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者の少なくとも片方の脚の少なくともひとつの膝屈筋の強度を示す力を検知することは、前記被験者がノルディック・ハムストリング運動を実行している間に、ハムストリング筋の強度を示す力を検知することを含む請求項28から30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装置はさらに電子的処理装置を有し、当該方法は、
a)前記少なくともひとつのセンサーからの信号をモニターすることと、
b)前記信号を少なくとも部分的に使って、少なくともハムストリング筋に対するハムストリング筋強度を示すインジケータを生成することと
をさらに備える請求項28から31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - a)前記信号の少なくとも一部を、基準データと比較することと、
b)前記比較の結果にしたがって、前記インジケータを生成することと
をさらに備える請求項32に記載の方法。 - ユーザに対して出力部において少なくとも前記インジケータを与えることをさらに備える請求項32または33に記載の方法。
