Claims (7)
- 液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のための内接型ギヤポンプであって、内歯を備えたリングギヤ(3)と、外歯を備えたピニオン(2)とを有しており、該ピニオン(2)は、前記リングギヤ(3)内に偏心的に配置されていて、周方向の一区分で前記リングギヤ(3)と噛み合っており、前記ピニオン(2)が前記リングギヤ(3)と噛み合う前記周方向の一区分に向き合う位置で前記ピニオン(2)と前記リングギヤ(3)との間に、三日月形のポンプ室(6)が形成されており、該ポンプ室(6)内に分離部材(7)が配置されていて、この分離部材(7)は前記ポンプ室(6)を、吸入領域(8)と吐出領域(9)とに分割しており、前記分離部材(7)が内側部分(12)と外側部分(13)とを有しており、前記内側部分(12)が前記ピニオン(2)の歯列の歯先に当接し、かつ前記外側部分(13)が前記リングギヤ(3)の歯列の歯先に当接する形式のものにおいて、
前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)とが、互いに半径方向で可動に接続されていることを特徴とする、液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置用の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)とが、半径方向で互いに遊びを保ってスナップ係合し合うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記外側部分(13)が前記内側部分(12)を、または前記内側部分(12)が前記外側部分(13)を、周方向側の端部において把持することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内側部分(12)が前記外側部分(13)を周方向で支持するか、または前記外側部分(13)が前記内側部分(12)を周方向で支持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)との間に、周方向に延在する板ばね(14)が配置されており、該板ばね(14)が、前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)とを互いに離れる方向に、かつ前記ピニオン(2)および前記リングギヤ(3)の歯列の歯先に向かって押圧することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記内側部分(12)と前記外側部分(13)との間にシール部材(15)が配置されており、該シール部材が、前記内側部分(12)および/または前記外側部分(13)に気密に当接し、かつ/または軸方向でシールしていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)の前記構成部分(12,13,14,15)が予め組立可能な構造群を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
