Abstract
Description
液体燃料(たとえば、ディーゼルおよびガソリン)の従来の燃焼器/バーナーは、標準的に、拡散フレームを用い動作するが、液体燃料(通常は、インジェクタースプレーからの液滴)はフレーム前面でカプセル化され、燃焼の間直接蒸発される。そして、高い局所温度をもたらすと同時に、燃料とフレーム間との接触面で形成され、高価なクリーンアップ方法が燃焼器に適用されない限り環境の汚染をもたらす可能性がある、高排出量のすすと窒素酸化物(NOx)につながる。
そのため、ホットスポットを防止する際の従来技術の欠点に鑑みて、混合を強化する装置を提供するために、発明者は、請求項1に規定される新規な装置を考案した。
好ましい実施形態では、燃焼装置は、増加された均質化を通じて、および/または部分的もしくは完全な触媒条件下でプロセスを動作させるための触媒を用いて、反応器の全長を短くするための、二次混合板を備える。
発明は、以下の添付図面を参照して説明する。
1つの実施形態では、図1に示す燃焼反応器1は、複数の、適切には3つの反応ゾーンAとBとCとを備え、このうちAは混合および蒸発が起こるインジェクションゾーンであり、燃料が燃焼室に噴射され気相蒸発しながら空気と混合する。ゾーンAは、インジェクションゾーンAへの高温燃焼生成物の再循環のために設計されたフロー絞り板3により、ゾーンBから分離される。ゾーンB及びCは、蒸発した燃料と空気との段階化された均質燃焼のための混合装置7によって分離された均質燃焼ゾーンである。
Claims (7)
- 液体燃料の均質燃焼を提供するための実質的にチューブ状の燃焼装置であって、1つがインジェクション(混合と蒸発)ゾーン(A)であり、他が蒸発した燃料と空気のための段階化された均質燃焼ゾーンである、複数の反応ゾーン(A、B、C)を有する燃焼室(1)を備える燃焼装置において、
(a)0.6〜2.5の間のスワール数でフロー絞り板(3)と組み合わせて動作するように構成された、燃料と空気を混合するためのスワーラベース(4a)とスワーラ部材(4b、4c)とを備えるスワーラ(2)において、前記フロー絞り板の絞りのサイズは、絞りの開口径(de)の前記チューブ状の燃焼装置1の直径(d)との比が<0.7であり、また、前記絞り板(3)は前記スワーラベース(4a)の基部からの距離L1がL1/de>1となるように配置される、スワーラ(2)と、
(b)均質燃焼プロセスの最大の混合を可能にするよう、前記絞り板(3)からの距離L2がL2/L1<1の比率となるように、前記絞り板(3)から下流に配置される一次混合板(7)と、によって特徴づけられる、燃焼装置。 - 前記燃料がディーゼルとガソリンのいずれかである、請求項1に記載の燃焼装置。
- 増加された均質化を通じて、および/または部分的もしくは完全な触媒条件下で前記プロセスを動作させるための触媒を用いて、前記反応器の全長を短くするための二次混合板を備える、請求項1に記載の燃焼装置。
- 動作中の前記燃料の圧力が、前記インジェクションゾーン内の蒸発を最適化するために3〜20バールの上昇された圧力であるように構成される、請求項1に記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記絞り板(3)に、前記インジェクションゾーンAへの燃焼生成物の再循環を向上させるための凸状円錐部9が設けられる、請求項1に記載の燃焼装置。
- 3〜20バールの過圧領域で動作する高圧ノズル(10)を用いて、燃焼室(1)の第1の反応ゾーン(A)に液体燃料を噴射し、
0.6から2.5の範囲内のスワール強度を生成するスワーラ(2)によって前記燃焼室(1)に軸方向に連続的に導びかれる空気と前記燃料を混合し、
初めに従来の拡散フレームを発生させる点火装置を有する燃焼器の起動の間に生成された前記燃料/空気の混合物に点火し、
前記燃焼室(1)内での径方向の前記絞り(3)を用いた初めの旋回混合の後に、燃焼混合拡散フレームを強制する燃焼方法。 - チューブの直径Dに対する前記径方向の絞りの開口径Deの比が0.7未満、De/D<0.7であり、前記スワーラ(2)の前記スワーラベース(4a)と前記絞り板(3)との間の距離L1が、前記絞りの開口径Deとの比が1より大きく、L1/de>1である、請求項6に記載の燃焼方法。
