Abstract
Description
・一方では、静脈の径を小さくして、結果として血流を促進し、弁機能を回復させることによる血管に対する効果;
・他方では、よりよい酸素化及び浮腫の再吸収を促すことによる組織に対する効果。
・一方では、筋肉が弛緩している時には、着用感がよく、特に夜間も耐えられるように比較的低い圧力(「静止圧」と呼ばれる);
・他方では、筋肉が緊張している時又は運動中、特に歩行中には比較的高い圧力(「動作圧」と呼ばれる)。
上記試験に基づき、これを基準として、伸び率が100%以下の圧迫包帯は「ショートストレッチ」包帯とみなされる。
上述の試験に基づき、これを基準として、伸び率が100%を超える包帯は「ロングストレッチ」包帯とみなされる。
・上記非弾性材料と上記不織布は互いに貼り合わされており、上記不織布は坪量が70g/m2〜300g/m2であり、
・上記捲縮繊維は、上記不織布の厚み方向に均一に捲縮しており、平均曲率半径が10〜200μmであり、上記不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10本/cm2より多い、圧迫包帯に関する。
・非対称芳香族ジカルボン酸、特にイソフタル酸、フタル酸又は5−スルホイソフタル酸ナトリウム塩、
・脂肪族ジカルボン酸、特に脂肪族C1−12ジカルボン酸(アジピン酸など)、
・アルカンジオール、特に1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,6−ヘキサンジオール又はネオペンチルグリコール、又は、
・ポリオキシアルキレングリコール、特にジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール又はポリテトラメチレングリコール
を使用するのが好ましい。
包帯を製造するために様々な材料を使用した。
a)非弾性材料
使用した非弾性材料はUrgo社から販売されているKsoft(R)パディングである。
・ビスコース繊維:1.7dtex、長さ50mm
・ポリエステル繊維:3.3dtex、長さ60mm
実施例では、国際公開第2008/015972号の教示に従って製造した、捲縮した非対称複合繊維を主体とした異なる2枚の不織布を用いる。これらはそれぞれ、株式会社クラレからSJJ142(不織布A)及びSJJ146(不織布B)という参照番号で入手できる。
・坪量(欧州規格EN9073−1):96g/m2(不織布A)、134g/m2(不織布B)
・厚み(欧州規格EN9073−2):1.13mm(不織布A)、1.14mm(不織布B)
・弾性率(欧州規格EN14704−1):86%(不織布A)、87%(不織布B)
・長さ方向の伸長度(欧州規格EN9073−3):117%(不織布A)、104%(不織布B)
・幅方向の伸長度(欧州規格EN9073−3):111%(不織布A)、65%(不織布B)
・自着性*:0.03N/cm(不織布A)、0.03N/cm(不織布B)
・不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数**:19/cm2(不織布A)、27/cm2(不織布B)

包帯はニードリングにより貼り合わせた。
・ニードリングラインの生産速度:1m/分
・針深度:13mm
・針密度:20パンチ/cm2(不織布A)、40パンチ/cm2(不織布B)
実施例1の包帯の性能をK2(R)システムの第1の圧迫包帯であるKtech(R)包帯と比較した。
表2の結果を分析すると、パディングとニードリングした後の不織布の伸長度の減少が見られないため工業的製造が容易であることに加え、以下のような利点があることが分かる。すなわち、Ktech(R)に対して本包帯の性能が著しく向上している。
Claims (15)
- 厚みが1.8mm超、好ましくは1.8〜4mmの非弾性材料と、コンジュゲート短繊維から得られた捲縮繊維の不織布とを備えた圧迫包帯であって、
前記非弾性材料と前記不織布は互いに貼り合わされており、前記不織布は坪量が70g/m2〜300g/m2であり、
前記捲縮繊維は、前記不織布の厚み方向に均一に捲縮しており、平均曲率半径が10〜200μmであり、前記不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10本/cm2より多い、
圧迫包帯。 - 前記コンジュゲート短繊維は、2種のポリマー成分から構成された複合繊維であり、該2種のポリマー成分は、軟化点が100℃以上であり、かつ、ポリプロピレンポリマー、ポリエステルポリマー及びポリアミドポリマーからなる群から選択されるポリマー、好ましくは異なる2種の芳香族ポリエステルポリマーである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記複合繊維は、サイドバイサイド型構造を有しており、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである第1のポリマーと、アルキレンアリレートとイソフタル酸及び/又はジエチレングリコールとの共重合体である第2のポリマーから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記コンジュゲート短繊維は、平均番手が1〜5dtex、好ましくは1.5〜3dtex、平均繊維長が10〜100mm、好ましくは40〜60mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記捲縮繊維は平均曲率半径が50〜160μm、好ましくは70〜130μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記不織布は坪量が80〜200g/m2、好ましくは90〜150g/m2である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10〜50本/cm2、好ましくは10〜35本/cm2である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記不織布は、厚み方向に切断した断面において、
繊維湾曲率が、厚み方向に3等分して区切られた各領域において1.3以上であり、
これらの領域における該繊維湾曲率の最小値の最大値に対する比が75%を超える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記非弾性材料は、布地、発泡材料、フィルム及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記非弾性材料は、吸収性布地、例えばニットウエア、織布、不織布及びそれらの組合せから選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記非弾性材料は、厚みが1.8〜3mmの吸収性不織布、好ましくはパディングである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記不織布と前記非弾性材料は、ニードリング、接着剤又は超音波により貼り合わされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 前記不織布は、芳香族ポリエステルポリマーを主体としたサイドバイサイド型複合繊維から構成されており、前記不織布は坪量が90〜150g/m2であり、前記不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10〜35本/cm2である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧迫包帯。 - 二層圧迫システムにおける特に第1の層としての請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の圧迫包帯の使用。
- 前記非弾性材料と前記捲縮繊維の不織布を、前記捲縮繊維の不織布に事前に応力を与えることなく、ニードリングにより互いに貼り合わせる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の圧迫包帯を製造する方法。
