Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 生検ニードル又はアブレーションニードルのような複数の侵襲デバイスの挿入を視覚的にガイドする超音波イメージングシステムであって、
ボリュメトリック領域のそれぞれ異なる面をイメージングすることが可能な3D超音波イメージングプローブと、
予め決められた向きで前記3D超音波イメージングプローブに取り付けられるように形成されたニードルガイドであって、それぞれ異なるニードル挿入面を通って前記ボリュメトリック領域に挿入されるように複数のニードルをガイドするための複数のニードル挿入位置を有するニードルガイドと、
前記3D超音波イメージングプローブに結合され、それぞれ異なるニードル挿入面を同時にイメージングし複数の2D画像を生成するように前記3D超音波イメージングプローブを制御する超音波システムと、
を有する超音波イメージングシステム。 - 前記超音波システムは、それぞれ異なるニードル挿入面の、複数の別個に符号化される2D画像を生成するディスプレイサブシステムを含む、請求項1に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 別個に符号化される2D画像は、別個にカラー符号化される、請求項2に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 別個に符号化される2D画像は、別個の画像において別個にカラー符号化されたニードルを示す、請求項3に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 別個に符号化される2D画像は、別個に色付けされた境界を有する、請求項3に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記超音波システムは、3Dボリュメトリック画像を生成するように前記3D超音波イメージングプローブを制御し、前記超音波システムは、複数の2D画像及び3Dボリュメトリック画像を同時に生成するディスプレイサブシステムを有する、請求項1に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記3Dボリュメトリック画像は、別個の特徴的な色で前記複数のニードルを示す、請求項6に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記複数の2D画像の各々が別個にカラー符号化され、前記3Dボリュメトリック画像が、前記2D画像のカラー符号化に対応する別個の色で前記複数のニードルを示す、請求項7に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記ニードル挿入位置は、取り付けられるイメージングプローブ周囲に位置する前記ニードルガイドの複数のニードル挿入孔又は溝を含む、請求項1に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記ニードルガイドが更に、前記複数のニードル挿入孔又は溝の各々に関連付けられるニードル挿入検出器を有し、前記ニードル挿入検出器は、ニードルの挿入を検出し、挿入されたニードルの挿入面を識別する、請求項9に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記ニードル挿入検出器が光学検出器を含む、請求項10に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記ニードル挿入検出器が抵抗性検出器を含む、請求項10に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記ニードル挿入検出器は、前記超音波システムに、向きが異なる複数の挿入面のアイデンティティを通信し、前記超音波システムは、前記向きが異なる複数の挿入面のアイデンティティに応じて、前記ボリュメトリック領域において識別される前記向きが異なる挿入面のみをスキャンするように前記3D超音波イメージングプローブを制御する、請求項10に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記複数のニードルが複数の高周波アブレーションニードルを含む、請求項1に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
- 前記複数のニードルが複数の生検ニードルを含む、請求項1に記載の超音波イメージングシステム。
