Claims (15)
- 送信アンテナおよび複数の受信アンテナを備えるマイクロ波アンテナアレイであって、前記送信アンテナは患者の身体部分を照射するようにマイクロ波信号を送信するように構成され、前記受信アンテナは前記身体部分内での散乱後の前記マイクロ波信号を受信するように構成される、マイクロ波アンテナアレイと、
前記散乱されたマイクロ波信号を処理し、前記身体部分内の関心領域を識別するための前記身体部分の内部構造を示す出力を生成するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記マイクロ波アンテナアレイに対して相対的に可動な生検針を備える生検デバイスと、
を備え、
前記受信アンテナは、前記生検針によって散乱されるかまたは発せられるマイクロ波信号を受信するようにさらに構成され、前記プロセッサは、前記身体部分内の前記識別された関心領域へ前記生検針が誘導される際に、前記生検針の位置を監視するようにさらに構成される、
医用撮像システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記身体部分内の前記識別された関心領域へ前記生検針を誘導するようにさらに構成される、請求項1記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記マイクロ波アンテナアレイは基板の上に形成され、前記基板は、前記身体部分へのアクセスをもたらすために前記生検針を受け入れるように構成される1つまたはそれ以上の開口を備える、請求項1または2に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記開口は円錐形である、請求項3記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記開口には封止ガスケットが備えられる、請求項3または4に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記開口は、1つまたはそれ以上のスロットを備える、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記基板は複数の前記開口を備え、前記プロセッサは、前記生検針を導入するための、前記複数の開口のうちの1つを選択するように構成される、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記生検デバイスは、前記生検デバイスを前記アンテナアレイに対して相対的に動かすように構成された多関節アームの上に取り付けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記多関節アームはロボットアームである、請求項8記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記生検針は、前記受信アンテナによって受信されるマイクロ波信号を発するように構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記生検針は、前記マイクロ波信号を伝達する同軸フィードラインを備える、請求項10記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記生検針は、その先端にマイクロ波マーカーを備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の医用撮像システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記関心領域を識別するとき、第1のデータ取得および分析動作を実行し、前記生検針を誘導するとき、第2のデータ取得および分析動作を実行し、前記第2のデータ取得および分析動作は、前記第1のデータ取得および分析動作よりも速い、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の医用撮像システム。
- マイクロ波アンテナアレイの送信アンテナによって発せられるマイクロ波信号で、患者の身体部分を照射するステップと、
前記身体部分内での散乱後の前記マイクロ波信号を、前記マイクロ波アンテナアレイの複数の受信アンテナにおいて受信するステップと、
前記散乱されたマイクロ波信号を処理し、前記身体部分の内部構造を示す出力を生成するステップと、
前記出力から前記身体部分内の関心領域を識別するステップと、
前記身体部分内の前記識別された関心領域へ生検針を誘導するステップであって、前記生検針によって散乱されるかまたは発せられるマイクロ波信号を、前記受信アンテナを用いて監視することによって誘導するステップと、
