Claims (6)
- 複数のポンプによってタンクから供給されるバイオマスが反応器へと提供され、分離器中で分離される揮発性留分、液体留分、および固体留分の形態をした複数の反応器生成物を得るために、前記反応器中で前記バイオマスが加熱されるバイオマスの水熱液化方法であって、
前記タンクから供給される前記バイオマスは、複数のポンプ中で220気圧から250気圧の圧力まで加圧され、
その後、前記バイオマスは熱交換器中において、前記複数の反応器生成物の熱エネルギーによって少なくとも374℃から400℃の温度まで予め加熱され、
次に、偏向波の複数の放射器を通した、複数の発生器によって放出される900MHzから4GHzの周波数を有するマイクロ波放射を使用して、前記予め加熱されたバイオマスが前記反応器中で再加熱され、
前記放射の複数の方向は、隣接する前記複数の放射器の方向に対して垂直であり、
放射器スロットの幅は、前記複数の発生器から放出される前記放射の波長の半分よりも小さく、
前記複数の放射器へと供給される電磁波の複数の反射は、前記複数の放射器と前記複数の発生器との間に配置される複数の反射率計を使用して測定され、
前記反応器内部の前記バイオマスの前記温度は、複数の温度センサおよび制御器を使用して測定され、
前記反応器内部の前記バイオマスを374℃から400℃の前記温度に保持するように、前記複数の温度センサおよび前記複数の反射率計の測定結果に基づいて、前記複数の発生器によって発生される前記放射の出力が調節される、
バイオマスの水熱液化方法。 - 揮発性留分、液体留分、および固体留分の形態をした複数の反応器生成物を得るためにバイオマスを加熱する反応器に複数の供給ポンプを介して接続されたバイオマスタンクを備え、前記反応器の出口は前記複数の反応器生成物を分離するための分離器に接続され、
前記複数の供給ポンプは、前記バイオマスを220気圧から250気圧の圧力へと加圧し、
前記複数の供給ポンプと前記反応器との間には、前記加圧されたバイオマスを前記複数の反応器生成物の熱エネルギーによって加熱する熱交換器が配置され、
前記反応器には、900MHzから4GHzの周波数でマイクロ波放射を放出し、前記反応器に沿って配置される偏向波の複数の放射器に接続される複数の発生器が備えられ、
前記放射の複数の方向は、隣接する前記複数の放射器に対して垂直であり、
放射器スロットの幅は、前記複数の発生器から放出される前記放射の波長の半分よりも小さく、
前記複数の放射器と前記複数の発生器との間には、電磁波の複数の反射を測定するための複数の反射率計が位置され、
前記反応器の複数の内壁は、1×10−2よりも小さな損失角正接の値を有する誘電体材料の層によって被覆され、
前記複数の発生器は、前記反応器の前記複数の内壁に配置される複数のバイオマス温度センサの複数の測定結果および前記複数の反射率計の複数の測定結果に基づいて前記複数の発生器の出力を調節する制御器に接続される、
バイオマスの水熱液化のためのシステム。 - 前記熱交換器のチャンバおよび前記反応器のチャンバは、共通のケーシング中にて組み合わされる請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器のチャンバおよび前記反応器のチャンバは、個別のケーシングを有する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の放射器は、前記反応器のチャンバに沿って片側に配置される請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の放射器は、前記反応器のチャンバに沿って反対側に配置され、互いに対して反対側に配置される前記複数の放射器は、互いに垂直な偏向方向を有する請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
