Claims (12)
- エネルギーを留め具に伝達するためのエネルギー伝達要素を内部に収容する手持ちハウジング(20)と、前記エネルギー伝達要素を搬送する駆動装置と、少なくとも1つの電動モータ(480)と、出力軸(404)を有する歯車機構(401、406)とを備え、前記駆動装置は前記歯車機構(401、406)の前記出力軸(404)を介して前記電動モータ(480)により駆動される、留め具打ち込み機であって、第1のギア比とそれとは異なる第2のギア比との少なくとも1つは、前記モータ(480)の回転速度と前記出力軸(404)の回転速度との間で前記歯車機構(401、406)により設定できる、ことを特徴とする留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(401)は少なくとも2つの異なる個別の切替ステップを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(401)は、異なる直径の少なくとも2つの出力側歯車(403a、403b)を有し、前記歯車(403a、403b)は少なくとも1つの駆動側歯車(402a、402b)と常時噛合し、前記出力軸(404)は前記出力側歯車(403a、403b)の1つと選択的に結合可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(406)は連続的に可変な歯車機構として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(406)は、伝達要素(407)により結合された少なくとも2つのコーン(406a、406b)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 少なくとも1つの第2の電動モータが前記歯車機構に結合され、前記出力軸の回転速度は前記少なくとも2つの電動モータの回転速度に依存する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記駆動機構は衛星駆動機構として構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記第1のギア比は前記モータ(480)の第1の回転方向に、前記第2のギア比は前記モータ(480)の回転方向とは逆の回転方向に定められる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(401)の制御は、被駆動軸(402)である前記モータの軸により、トルク伝達可能に支持されたキャリア(484a)を介して行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(401、406)の制御は、電気機械式アクチュエータ、遠心力クラッチ、スリップクラッチ、オーバーランニングクラッチ、又は手動制御要素を介して行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(401、406)のギア比は前記駆動装置の伸張を介して変化され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
- 前記歯車機構(401、406)のギア比は電気エネルギー蓄積要素(590)の状態により変化され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載の留め具打ち込み機。
