Abstract
Description
第一、Oリングによってパイプ103のスライド組立が不便になる問題。
第二、Oリングとパイプ103の間の摩擦によってOリングが易しく摩耗される問題。
第三、パイプ103がクランプ102に挿入されるとき、Oリングがパイプによって押し上げられて所望の接触摩擦がなされない問題。
第四、以上の問題によってパイプ103に伝わった衝撃を効果的に吸収することができない問題。
前記シリンダー型部材は、外周面に形成され、前記干渉リングの係合部を収容する溝を含んでなる。
第一、前記干渉リングが締結具の外径と同一内径を持つので、挿入されるとか挿入された部材の接触によって任意に遊動しない。
第二、前記干渉リングと部材の間の対応構造、つまり係合部及び溝の構造によって結束が向上するとともに相互間の運動摩擦が最小化し、また前記部材に加わる衝撃を効果的に吸収することができる。
第三、前記部材の表面に形成されたパスによって組立及び分解が簡便になるなどの効果がある。
Claims (6)
- 向い合う両側対面部を含む“C”型クランプ、前記クランプのCリング部に挿入されるシリンダー型部材、前記クランプの対面部を貫通して設置されて部材把持力を提供する締結具、及び前記クランプの対面部の間に介装される干渉リングを含み、
前記干渉リングは締結具の外径と同一内径を持ち、締結具に差し込まれるもので、外周の一側に形成されて前記クランプの内部に突出する係合部を含み、
前記シリンダー型部材は、外周面に形成され、前記干渉リングの係合部を収容する溝を含むことを特徴とする、C型クランプ装置。 - 前記シリンダー型部材は、溝の一側から部材の端部まで表面加工され、部材挿入の際に前記係合部を自由に通過させるパスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のC型クランプ装置。
- 前記パスは平面状または凹面状に加工されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のC型クランプ装置。
- 前記干渉リングは、外周他側から突設された一つ以上のガイドを含み、前記クランプの対面部には前記ガイドに対応するガイド溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のC型クランプ装置。
- 前記締結具は、対面部を貫通するボルトと、前記ボルトの端部に結合されるナットとからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のC型クランプ装置。
- 前記シリンダー型部材は、クランプ挿入側の反対端部に“T”形管または“+”形管が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のC型クランプ装置。
