Claims (15)
- ガラスの全重量の百分率として表わされる含有量で以下のものを含む組成を持つガラス板において、組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.001〜0.15重量%の銅含有量を含み、この銅含有量が、ガラスの全重量に対して重量百分率としてCuの形で表わされていることを特徴とするガラス板:
SiO2 60〜78%
Al2O3 0〜10%
B2O3 0〜 5%
CaO 0〜15%
MgO 0〜10%
Na2O 5〜20%
K2O 0〜10%
BaO 0〜 5%
全鉄(Fe2O3の形で表わす) 0.002〜0.03% - 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.002〜0.02重量%の全鉄含有量(Fe2O3の形で表わす)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.001〜0.05重量%の銅含有量(Cuの形で表わす)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.001〜0.04重量%の銅含有量(Cuの形で表わす)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.003〜0.04重量%の銅含有量(Cuの形で表わす)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 3.85mmの厚さに対して測定すると、少なくとも90%、好ましくは少なくとも90.4%、より好ましくは少なくとも90.8%のエネルギー透過率を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.01〜0.08重量%の銅含有量(Cuの形で表わす)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.012〜0.05重量%の銅含有量(Cuの形で表わす)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 4mmの厚さに対して測定すると、少なくとも90.3%、好ましくは少なくとも90.7%、より好ましくは少なくとも91%の光透過率を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 510nm以下、好ましくは500nm以下の主波長を持つことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、0.3以下、好ましくは0.25以下、より好ましくは0.20以下のレドックスを持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 組成が、ガラスの全重量に対して0.2重量%以上のSO3含有量を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 少なくとも一つの薄くて透明な電気伝導性の層で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載のガラス板。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のガラス板を少なくとも一枚含む、太陽電池モジュールまたは太陽エネルギーを集中するための鏡。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のガラス板を製造するための方法における酸化剤としての銅の使用。
