Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 管形状のハウジング内に封入された少なくとも1つの光源を有する電気装置であって、
前記ハウジングの内面は、少なくとも1つの伝導性トラックを提供する伝導性パターンを有しており、前記伝導性パターンは、前記ハウジングの内面に堅固に取り付けられており、前記伝導性トラックは、前記ハウジングから前記少なくとも1つの光源までの及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの光源から前記ハウジングまでの局所的な電気的なブリッジ相互接続を提供するように配されており、
前記少なくとも1つの光源の電気的端子は前記伝導性パターンに電気的に接続され前記少なくとも1つの光源を駆動する電気的なルーティングが提供されるように、前記少なくとも1つの光源はシート上に配されると共に前記管形状のハウジング内にロールとして挿入される、
電気装置。 - 前記シートは、前記伝導性パターンに対して前記電気的端子を押圧するスプリング力を提供する、請求項1に記載の電気装置。
- 前記電気的端子は、前記シートの前記少なくとも1つの光源が設けられている側と反対の側に設けられている、請求項1に記載の電気装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源は、絶縁された光源の系列を有し、前記伝導性パターンは、電気的に絶縁された伝導性トラックを有し、前記光源の系列の電気的端子は、前記電気的に絶縁された伝導性トラックと位置合わせをされており、前記伝導性パターンは、前記光源の系列を駆動する電気的なルーティングを形成する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記伝導性パターンはコーティングである、請求項1に記載の電気装置。
- 前記ハウジングは透明である、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記ハウジングはガラスでできている、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記ハウジングはプラスチックでできている、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記伝導性トラックは、クロム、銅、銀、金、アルミニウム、又は伝導性の複合物若しくはペーストから成る群に含まれている少なくとも1つの材料でできている、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記伝導性トラックは、前記光源のための熱拡散又はヒートシンキングを提供するように配されている、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記光源は、1つ以上のLEDユニットである、請求項1に記載の電気装置。
- 少なくとも1つの光源のためのハウジングを有する電気装置を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの伝導性トラックを提供する伝導性パターンを前記ハウジングの内面にコーティングするステップであって、前記伝導性トラックは、前記ハウジングから前記光源まで及び/又は前記光源から前記ハウジングまでの局所的な電気的なブリッジ相互接続を提供するように配される、ステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの光源をシート状に設けるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの光源の電気的端子が前記伝導性パターンに電気的に接続され、これにより前記少なくとも1つの光源を駆動するための電気的なルーティングを提供するように、管形状の前記ハウジング内にロールとして前記シートを挿入するステップと、
を有する方法。
