Abstract
Description
可動部品及び固定部品と、
第一の回転軸を有する回転可能なアクチュエータと、
第二の回転軸を有するボールナットと、
可動部品と接続された第一の端部を有するボールねじと、
回転可能なアクチュエータにより駆動され、ボールねじ上でボールナットを回転させて、ボールねじを動かし、それにより、固定部品に対して相対的に可動部品を動かすように構成された自在継手と、
を備えている。
回転可能なアクチュエータにより自在継手を駆動する工程と、
ボールねじが可動部品と接続された一端を有し、この自在継手を介してボールねじ上でボールナットを回転させる工程と、
ボールねじを動かし、それにより固定部品に対して相対的に可動部品を動かす工程と、
を有する。

Claims (15)
- 手持式電動工具(1)であって、
可動部品(100)及び固定部品(102)と、
第一の回転軸を有する回転可能なアクチュエータと、
第二の回転軸を有するボールナット(200)と、
この可動部品(100)と接続された第一の端部(202a)を有するボールねじ(202)と、
この回転可能なアクチュエータにより駆動され、ボールねじ(202)上でボールナット(200)を回転させて、このボールねじ(202)を動かし、それにより、この固定部品(102)に対して相対的に可動部品(100)を動かすように構成された自在継手(10,12,14)と、
を備えた手持式電動工具。 - 二つの球面軸受(50a,60a;70a,80a)を備え、当該の自在継手(10,12,14)が、これらの球面軸受(50a,60a;70a,80a)の間に差し込まれているように構成された請求項1に記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該の自在継手が、一つのシャフト(10)、二つの突起(12)及びボールナット(200)と接続された一つのフォーク(14)を備えた請求項1又は2に記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該のシャフトが一つの本体と二つの端部を有し、このシャフト(10)の本体が、当該の回転可能なアクチュエータと協力して動作する支持部品(16)に差し込まれているように構成され、当該の突起(12)が、このシャフトの端部に挿入されて、当該のフォーク(14)を回転させるように構成された請求項3に記載の手持式電動工具。
- ボール形式の第一のリンク機構(50a,60a)を備えた請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- ボール形式の第二のリンク機構(70a,80a)を備えた請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該のボール形式の第二のリンク機構(70a,80a)が当該の第一のリンク機構(50a,60a)と同心である請求項6に記載の手持式電動工具。
- スクレーパスリーブを備えた請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 可動部品(100)を位置決めするためのシステムを備えた請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該のボールナット(200)が、回転のみ可能であり、当該のボールねじ(202)が、回転に対して固定されており、ボールナット(200)が回転している間軸方向にのみ動かされる請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該のボールねじ(202)の第一の端部(202a)が、可動部品(100)と直に接続されるか、或いはフォーク(204)のような連結部品を介して接続された請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該の回転可能なアクチュエータが、当該のボールナット(200)を回転させて、当該のボールねじ(202)を並進駆動させる、当該の自在継手(10,12,14)に作用する歯車付モータを備えた、電気リニアアクチュエータである請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 当該の自在継手(10,12,14)が等速ジョイントである請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 剪定ばさみ又は大ばさみを構成する請求項1から13までのいずれか一つに記載の手持式電動工具。
- 可動部品(100)と固定部品(102)を備えた手持式電動工具(1)内で力を伝達する方法において、
回転可能なアクチュエータにより自在継手(10,12,14)を駆動する工程と、
ボールねじ(202)が可動部品(100)と接続された一端を有し、二つの球面軸受(50a,60a;70a,80a)内に差し込まれた、この自在継手(10,12,14)を介して、ボールねじ(202)上でボールナット(200)を回転させる工程と、
このボールねじ(202)を動かし、それにより、この固定部品(102)に対して相対的にこの可動部品(100)を動かす工程と、
を有する方法。
