Claims (13)
- 好ましくは自動車の内燃機関の、特に、排ガスシステム(5)用熱交換機であって、
高温側(13)と冷温側(14)を有する少なくとも一つの熱電発電機(12)と、
前記少なくとも一つの熱電発電機(12)の前記高温側(13)に配置され、加熱媒体(10)を移送する少なくとも一つの加熱チューブ(15)と、
前記少なくとも一つの熱電発電機(12)の前記冷温側(14)に配置され、冷却媒体(11)を移送する少なくとも一つの冷却チューブ(16)と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの熱電発電機(12)、前記少なくとも一つの加熱チューブ(15)、及び、前記少なくとも一つの冷却チューブ(16)は、スタック方向(17)において、互いに上下に積み重ねられてチューブ・スタック(18)を形成し、
前記熱交換機はハウジング(21)を備え、前記ハウジングの内部空間(22)が前記チューブ・スタック(18)を収容し、前記ハウジングのカバー(23)が前記チューブ・スタック(18)を周方向(24)に取り囲み、
上記カバー(23)は少なくとも一つの予引っ張り部(25)を一体的に備え、前記予引っ張り部は、少なくとも前記チューブ・スタック(18)がない場合に存在する緩んだ状態と、少なくとも前記熱交換機(9)が最終的に組み立てられた場合に存在する引っ張られた状態との間で、ばね弾性的に調節可能であり、
前記各予引っ張り部(25)は、前記引っ張られた状態で、前記スタック方向(17)において、前記チューブ・スタック(18)に圧力を加える予引っ張り力(26)を生成する、
熱交換機。 - 前記カバー(23)は、前記緩んだ状態で、上記ハウジング(21)の長手方向(19)を横切る内部断面領域(27)を有し、前記カバー(23)が前記緩んだ状態で有する内部断面領域は、前記カバー(23)が前記引っ張られた状態で有する内部断面領域(28)よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
- 上記カバー(23)は少なくとも二つの一体化された前記予引っ張り部(25)を備え、少なくとも二つの一体化された前記予引っ張り部は、前記スタック方向(17)に関し、互いに対向していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも一つの前記予引っ張り部(25)は、前記緩んだ状態で、前記スタック方向(17)において、前記ハウジング(21)の前記内部空間(22)の内方に向かって凸状に曲がっていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも一つの前記予引っ張り部(25)は、前記スタック方向(17)に垂直に伸びる平坦な接触部(29)と二つのばね部(36)とを備え、前記二つのばね部は前記接触部(29)の両側に配置され、前記接触部(29)を、前記スタック方向(17)に平行に伸びる前記カバー(23)の壁部(37)に、各側部で接続することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記カバー(23)は、前記スタック方向(17)に沿って伸びる二つの壁部(37)を備え、前記二つの壁部は上記スタック方向(17)を横切って互いに対向することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記ハウジング(21)は、前記スタック方向(17)に垂直に伸びる分割面(38)で分割され、上部(39)と下部(40)を備え、前記上部及び前記下部(39、40)の少なくとも一つは、少なくとも一つの前記予引っ張り部(25)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記各予引っ張り部(25)は、前記ハウジング(21)の長手方向(19)において、実質的に、前記チューブ・スタック(18)の全長に亘って伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記カバー(23)は前記各予引っ張り部(25)において壁厚(41)を有し、前記カバー(23)が前記各予引っ張り部(25)において有する壁厚(41)は、前記カバー(23)が前記各壁部(37)において有する壁厚(42)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記カバー(23)は、前記各予引っ張り部(25)において、上記各壁部(37)とは異なる材料で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記各加熱チューブ(15)、及び/または、前記各冷却チューブ(16)は、その内部に、支持構造(43)を備え、前記支持構造は、前記各チューブ(15、16)を、前記スタック方向(17)において補強することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記スタック方向(17)において、前記カバー(23)と、前記チューブ・スタック(18)との間に少なくとも一つの補強版(44)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 特に自動車の内燃機関であって、
複数の燃焼室(3)を備えたエンジン・ブロック(2)と、
燃焼排ガス(10)を前記燃焼室(3)から排出するための排ガスシステム(5)と、
前記エンジン・ブロック(2)を冷却するための冷却回路(6)と、
請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換機(9)と、
を備え、
前記熱交換機の加熱チューブ(15)は、前記排ガスシステム(5)に流体的に接続され、前記熱交換機の冷却チューブ(16)は、前記冷却回路(6)に流体的に接続されている、
内燃機関。
