Claims (14)
- 半製品又は構成部品(2)の製造方法であり、金属担体(3)、詳細には金属板(4)の上に繊維強化プラスチックを備える硬化性コーティング(6、17)を取り付け、コーティングされた前記金属担体(3)を別の工程で半製品又は構成部品(2)に成形する、詳細には深絞り加工又は曲げ加工する方法であって、
前記金属担体(3)が最大でも部分的にコーティングされ、硬化によってそのコーティング(6、7)に少なくとも耐ブロッキング性の表面(12)を発現してから前記金属担体が前記成形を受け、コーティングされた前記金属担体(3)は、その成形半径(21)に従う塑性的形状変化が主としてコーティングのない領域(15)に発現する、好ましくはコーティングのない領域(15)にのみ発現するように成形されることを特徴とする方法。 - 詳細には熱硬化性マトリックスを備える繊維強化プラスチックとしての炭素繊維強化プラスチックが前記金属担体(3)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記繊維強化プラスチックのファブリック又はノンクリンプ織物を形状(8)に裁断して前記金属担体(3)に取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ファブリック又はノンクリンプ織物は、プラスチックマトリックスを予備含浸させて前記金属担体(3)に取り付けるか、あるいは前記金属担体(3)に取り付けた後にプラスチックマトリックスを含浸させることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(6、17)が、あらかじめ金属及び/又は有機物でコーティングした金属担体(3)上に、必要に応じて接着剤で前処理を施して取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 詳細には前記繊維強化プラスチックの多方向層構造用に、複数のプライがファブリック又はノンクリンプ織物に重ね合わせられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形の前に、前記コーティング(6、17)に分離層を取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属担体(3)、詳細には鋼板(4)が、0.6〜5mm、詳細には1〜2.5mmの範囲にある金属板厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(6、17)が、0.2〜3mm、詳細には0.4〜2mmの範囲にある厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 硬化可能な前記コーティング(6、17)が無圧でプレゲル化され、次の工程でこのコーティングを前記金属担体(3)に圧着して、前記金属担体(3)に取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
