Claims (15)
- 水平なプール凝縮器を備える高圧合成セクションを含む尿素プラントにおいてアンモニア及び二酸化炭素から尿素を製造する方法であって、本方法が、水平なプール凝縮器のシェルセクションにおいて受けられる高圧プロセス媒体から、前記水平なプール凝縮器において提供される第1の熱交換セクションにおいて受けられる溶液を含む中圧尿素へと熱を交換して、カルバミン酸アンモニウムをNH3及びCO2へと少なくとも分解する段階を含み、本方法が、高圧プロセス媒体から、プール凝縮器において提供される第2の熱交換セクションにおいて受けられる低圧スチーム凝縮物へと熱を交換して、低圧スチームを製造する段階をさらに含む、方法。
- プール凝縮器がシェルアンドチューブ熱交換器であり、第1の熱交換セクション、及び第2の熱交換セクションがそれぞれ、実質的にU字型のチューブ束を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プール凝縮器のシェルセクションにおいて受けられる高圧プロセス媒体が、プール凝縮器の下流に設けられる後続の反応器へ供給される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 新鮮なCO2が、後続の反応器へ供給され、後続の反応器内部で吸熱性の尿素反応のための熱を提供する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 本方法が、第1の熱交換セクションにおいて少なくとも製造されたガスを、中圧凝縮器蒸発器へと供給する段階であって、前記ガスが少なくとも部分的に凝縮される段階をさらに含む、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 尿素−水混合物からの中圧凝縮器蒸発器の水が、真空条件下で蒸発される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 中圧凝縮器蒸発器が、流下膜式蒸発器を含む、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法を用いた、アンモニア及び二酸化炭素からの尿素の製造のための装置であって、本装置が、そのシェル側で高圧プロセス媒体を受けるように構成された水平なプール凝縮器を備える高圧合成セクションを含み、本装置が、高圧プロセス媒体から、第1の熱交換セクションにおいて受けられる中圧尿素溶液へと熱を交換して、カルバミン酸アンモニウムをNH3及びCO2へと分解するための第1の熱交換セクションを含み、プール凝縮器が、高圧プロセス媒体から、第2の熱交換セクションにおいて受けられる低圧スチーム凝縮物へと熱を交換して、前記凝縮物を低圧スチームへと移動させるための第2の熱交換セクションを含む、装置。
- 第1の熱交換セクション及び/又は第2の熱交換セクションが、溶液及び/又は低圧スチーム凝縮物を含む中圧尿素を受けるためにそれぞれ構成されたU字型の束を含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- プール凝縮器が、シェルアンドチューブ熱交換機である、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 装置が、プール凝縮器の下流に設けられた後続の反応器を含む、請求項8から10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 後続の装置が、CO2を後続の反応器へ供給するためのCO2注入口をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 後続の反応器が垂直な反応器である、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 装置が、真空条件下で尿素−水混合物からの水の蒸発のために、且つ、第1の熱交換器において製造されたガスを凝縮するために、第1の熱交換器と流体接続した、且つ、第1の熱交換器の下流に設けられた中圧凝縮器蒸発器をさらに含む、請求項8から13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 中圧凝縮器蒸発器が流下膜式蒸発器である、請求項8から14の何れか一項に記載の装置。
