Description
Claims (16)
- 閉じた作用遠位端、近位端および外側面を有し、前記遠位端の側面または前記遠位端に近接する側面に開口部を有する、中空の管状部材と、
前記中空の管状部材の前記外側面の少なくとも一部に配置された第1の電気的絶縁層と、
前記第1の電気的絶縁層の外側面に配置された第1電極と、
前記第1の電気的絶縁層の前記外側面に配置された第2電極と、
を備え、
(i)前記第1および第2電極は互いに電気的に分離され、
(ii)前記第1電極は第1活性セグメントおよび第1不活性セグメントを有し、
(iii)前記第2電極は第2活性セグメントおよび第2不活性セグメントを有し、
(iv)前記第1および第2活性セグメントは前記中空の管状部材の前記側面の約3.0mmの前記開口部内で、前記中空の管状部材の対向する側面にそれぞれ配置されている、
ことを特徴とする手術器具。 - 前記第1および第2活性セグメントは、前記中空の管状部材の前記側面における約1.0mmの前記開口部内に、それぞれ配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1および第2活性セグメントの一方または両方はさらに、前記中空の管状部材の前記閉じた作用遠位端のセグメント内に少なくとも部分的に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1および第2活性セグメントの一方または両方はさらに、前記中空の管状部材の前記閉じた作用遠位端内に少なくとも部分的に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記中空の管状部材の内部に配置された回転可能な切除部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記中空の管状部材の前記外側面、前記第1および第2電極の前記第1および第2の不活性セグメント、または、それらの両方を少なくとも部分的に覆って配置される第2の電気的絶縁層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1の電気的絶縁層、前記第2の電気的絶縁層、またはその両方は、前記第1および第2電極を分離するように適応された幾何学的構造を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2の電気的絶縁層を少なくとも部分的に覆って配置される外側シースをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1活性セグメント、前記第2活性セグメント、またはその両方は、前方向突起部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記開口部における側面の少なくとも一部は、導電体であり、活性電極セグメントとして機能することができる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 閉じた作用遠位端、近位端および外側面を有し、前記遠位端の側面または前記遠位端に近接する側面に開口部を有する、導電体中空管状部材と、
前記導電体中空管状部材の内部に配置された回転可能な切除部材と、
前記導電体中空管状部材の前記外側面の少なくとも一部に配置された第1の電気的絶縁層と、
前記第1の電気的絶縁層の外側面に配置された第1電極と、
前記第1の電気的絶縁層の前記外側面に配置された第2電極と、
を備え、
(i)前記第1および第2電極は互いに電気的に分離され、
(ii)前記第1電極は第1活性セグメントおよび第1不活性セグメントを有し、
(iii)前記第2電極は第2活性セグメントおよび第2不活性セグメントを有し、
(iv)前記第1および第2活性セグメントは前記導電体中空管状部材の前記側面の約2.0mmの開口部内で、前記導電体中空管状部材の対向する側面にそれぞれ配置されている、ことを特徴とする手術器具。 - 前記導電体中空管状部材の外側面、前記第1および第2電極の前記第1および第2不活性セグメント、またはそれらの両方を少なくとも部分的に覆って配置されている第2の電気的絶縁層をさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1の電気的絶縁層、第2の電気的絶縁層、またはその両方は、前記第1および第2電極を分離するように適応された幾何学的構造を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2の電気的絶縁層を少なくとも部分的に覆って配置される外側シースをさらに備えた請求項12に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1の活性セグメント、前記第2の活性セグメント、またはその両方は前方向突起部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の手術器具。
- 前記開口部における前記側面の少なくとも一部は活性電極セグメントとして機能することができる、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の手術器具。
