Description
本発明における「環状リポペプチド物質」または「脂環式ペプチド」とは、ポリペプチド環を含有し、この環にある側鎖が「アシルアミノ基」を含有する物質を指すが、この物質はほかの側鎖を有してもよい。
この「環状リポペプチド物質」の代表は、FR901379、echinocandin B(エキノカンジンB)で、このような物質は抗真菌活性を有する既知のものである。
当該発明の固定化脂環式ペプチドアシルトランスフェラーゼは、脂環式ペプチド物質の側鎖の「アミド基」を脱アシル化して「アミノ基」を形成することができ、具体的に、物質FR901379またはその塩のパルミトイル側鎖または物質FR901379を含む、式Iで表される化合物のアシル側鎖を脱アシル化し、式IIで表される脂環式ペプチド物質を得ることができる。
この「環状リポペプチド物質」の代表は、FR901379、echinocandin B(エキノカンジンB)で、このような物質は抗真菌活性を有する既知のものである。
当該発明の固定化脂環式ペプチドアシルトランスフェラーゼは、脂環式ペプチド物質の側鎖の「アミド基」を脱アシル化して「アミノ基」を形成することができ、具体的に、物質FR901379またはその塩のパルミトイル側鎖または物質FR901379を含む、式Iで表される化合物のアシル側鎖を脱アシル化し、式IIで表される脂環式ペプチド物質を得ることができる。
