Description
Claims (15)
- 頂点において接続される少なくとも3つの面セグメントを有する反射内面を持つ中空レトロリフレクタと、
前記中空レトロリフレクタに取り付けられ、前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記頂点の方へ光を発するよう配設される固体光源とを有する発光装置。 - 前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記面セグメントが、各々が前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記頂点にその頂点を持つ三角形の面セグメントである請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記面セグメントの各々が、前記面セグメントに隣接する面セグメントに対して実質的に直角に配設される請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも3つの面セグメントが、実質的に同じ幾何学的形状を持つ請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記固体光源が、前記固体光源の光軸の、前記面セグメントのうちの1つへの射影が、前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記頂点を通過するように、配設される請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記中空レトロリフレクタが、前記頂点の反対側に三角形の底面を持ち、前記固体光源が、前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記三角形の底面の垂線に沿って配設される請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記固体光源を直接見ることから保護するよう配設される遮光体を更に有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記遮光体が、前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記反射内面の他のセグメントによって形成される請求項7に記載の発光装置。
- 前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記反射内面が、少なくとも部分的に拡散反射するものである請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記反射内面が、波長変換材料を有する請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 光拡散器であって、前記中空レトロリフレクタによって反射された光が前記光拡散器を通過するように配設される光拡散器を更に有する請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 各々が、前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記反射内面の前記面セグメントの各々1つに配設され、前記中空レトロリフレクタの前記頂点の方へ光を発するよう配設される複数の固体光源を有する請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記固体光源の各々が、異なる色の光を発するよう構成される請求項12に記載の発光装置。
- 2次元アレイに配設される、複数の、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置と、前記発光装置によって発される光を拡散するよう配設される拡散器層とを有する光出力装置。
- 反射面を持つシートを供給するステップと、
少なくとも1つの発光装置半製品を形成するよう前記シートの前記反射面に少なくとも1つの固体光源を配設するステップと、
前記発光装置半製品を、中空レトロリフレクタになるよう成形するステップであって、前記シートの前記反射面が、前記中空レトロリフレクタの内面になり、前記固体光源が、前記中空レトロリフレクタの頂点の方へ光を発するよう配設されるように成形するステップとを有する発光装置を製造する方法。
