Abstract
Description
少なくとも10m/s2程度の、十分な加速度を付与し、また金属装入物の有無にかかわらず、結合構造物と共振する力と十分に異なる振動数でなくてはならない。
長手方向Xでも、長手方向Xに対する横断方向Y(図2)でも振動することが可能で、実質的に水平を保つ。
すなわち、それぞれ第1グループ27には第1の偏心質量31、第2の偏心質量32、第3の偏心質量33が、そして第2グループ28に属する第4の偏心質量34及び第5の偏心質量35が属する。
対応する偏心質量に起因する遠心力F1、F2、F3、F4、F5の合計は、第1のシャフト36の回転サイクル間に到達し得る最大強度の合力FRmaxとなる。
Claims (12)
- 長手方向(X)に金属装入物を搬送するコンベア装置(21)のための振動装置であり、
それぞれ前記金属装入物を移送するように前記コンベア装置(21)の両側に並べられた少なくとも2つの振動機構(25、26)を備え、
前記振動機構(25、26)はそれぞれ前記長手方向(X)と平行な直線に実質的に直交する回転軸を有する複数の偏心質量(31、32、33、34、35)を備え、
前記振動機構(25、26)はそれぞれ、
少なくとも、互いに平行方向に配置された重心(B)を有する第1の前記偏心質量(31、32、33)の複合体と、
前記第1の偏心質量(31、32、33)の複合体の重心の配列に対して、角度オフセットされて並べられた重心(B)を有する第2の前記偏心質量(34、35)の複合体を備え、
使用時には、合成された遠心力が前記長手方向(X)に実質平行であり、前記長手方向(X)に対する横方向成分が実質的にゼロとなるように、
各振動機構(25、26)の前記偏心質量(31、32、33、34、35)が、前記
各複合体の前記偏心質量(31、32、33、34、35)間、
前記第1及び第2の複合体間、
ならびに前記振動機構(25)間において、
相いに関係して配列されかつ運動学的に駆動させられることを特徴とする振動装置。 - 前記第1の複合体の前記偏心質量(31、32、33)が互いに同期して相互に回転するように運動学的に連結されるそれぞれのシャフト(36、37、38)に取付けられることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1の複合体の前記偏心質量(31、32、33)が前記長手方向(X)と平行な同じ第1の平面(Π)に位置するそれぞれの回転軸を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1の複合体が第1の偏心質量(31)、第2の偏心質量(32)及び第3の偏心質量(33)から成り、
前記第2の偏心質量(32)は前記第1及び(31)第3の(33)偏心質量の倍の重量を有し、前記第1の(31)及び第3の偏心質量(33)の半分の回転速度で回転するのに適することを特徴とする、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の複合体の前記偏心質量(34、35)が互いに同期して相互に回転するように運動学的に連結され、それぞれの軸(39、40)に取付けられることを特徴とする、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記第1及び前記第2の複合体の偏心質量(31、32、33、34、35)の前記軸(36、37、38、39、40)を互いに運動学的に連結するため、かつ、前記第1の複合体の偏心質量(31、32、33)より速い速度で、前記第2の複合体の偏心質量(34、35)を回転させるための運動学的手段(41)が設けられることを特徴とする
請求項2及び5に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の複合体の前記偏心質量(34、35)は、前記長手方向(X)を横断する第2の平面(Θ)に位置するそれぞれの回転軸を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の複合体の偏心質量は、同じ重量の第4(34)及び第5の(35)偏心質量から成り、
同じ角度(φ)で角度オフセットされて、前記長手方向(X)に対し反転して並べられるそれぞれの質量重心(B)を有することを特徴とする、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記角度(φ)が40度〜50度、好ましくは約45度であることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の装置。 - 接続用プレート(52、53)が前記コンベア装置(21)の上下に設置され、振動機構(25、26)を互いに接続することを特徴とする、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 同期手段(47、48)が前記それぞれの偏心質量(31、32、33、34、35)の回転を同期させるために前記振動機構(25、26)に結合されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から10いずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1から11いずれか一項に記載の振動装置(10)を含むコンベア装置。
