高频振动筛技术是针对煤炭、矿山、冶金、建材等行业中,对含水浓度在30%-60%的细物料进行脱水、脱泥和分级作业,它是利用高频率,低振幅,自同步筛分原理发展起来的筛分技术。目前市场上利用高频筛分技术进行筛分的高频振动筛通常采用的是箱式振动器,稀油润滑,单电机齿轮强制同步结构或者是振动电机做为振动源的结构,此两种形式的高频振动筛,由于振动源的安装方式所限,高振动频率产生的振动强度集中作用在筛机主梁、横梁和侧板上,振动力对筛机主梁、横梁和侧板有弯矩,所以主梁、横梁和侧板的强度难以保证,为提高筛机强度,造成筛机结构复杂、重量大,振动电机的输出振动力有限,难以满足大处理量负载要求。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:
(1)本实用新型的高频振动筛,采用自同步、高频率和低振幅筛分原理,目的是提供一种振动力可调、处理量大、振动频率高、筛分效率好、结构紧凑、重量轻,特别是对含水浓度在30%-60%的细物料进行脱水、脱泥和分级作业,筛分效果尤为显著;
(2)本实用新型的等高频振动筛,采用带有偏心块的振动器,振动力集中作用在侧板的横断面上,对于侧板、横梁、支撑梁弯矩作用很小,有效的避免了侧板开裂和断梁几率的发生;
(3)本实用新型的高频振动筛,横梁、支撑梁,是由锻造法兰和厚壁无缝钢管焊接而成,焊接后经热处理消除内应力,横梁、支撑梁沿长度方向横断面的阻力矩相等,因此工作时横梁、支撑梁断面上的应力分布均匀,能承受高振动强度时的最大负荷,而且易加工,通用性好,不仅给设备制造带来方便,同时也给设备维修创造了便利的条件;
(4)本实用新型的高频振动筛,采用NU系列外环无挡边滚子轴承,干油润滑系统,维修更换方便,无漏油现象,振动力的大小可通过改变主、副偏心块之间的夹角位置进行调整,以实现用户不同的处理量和筛分效率的要求;
(5)本实用新型的高频振动筛,由两件相同功率和转数的4极1390-1490r/min的三相异步电动机直连驱动,两件电机反向旋转,运用自同步原理实现高频率、低振幅直线运动;在电机与振动器Ⅰ之间及振动器Ⅰ与另一侧振动器Ⅱ之间通过短万向联轴器(挠性联轴器)Ⅰ和长万向联轴器Ⅱ连接,由于万向联轴器有串量,使得电机与振动器Ⅰ、振动器Ⅰ与振动器Ⅱ的同轴度要求不高,既降低了制造难度,又克服了传统等厚振动筛传动皮带参振影响皮带寿命,丢转的缺点;由于采用了自同步技术,取消了同步齿轮强制同步和稀油润滑,简化了振动器和传动装置的结构,避免了同步齿轮传动噪声大、发热、振动器漏油、维修频繁等一系列问题,使高频振动筛运行更加平稳。

一种高频振动筛,振动频率为1390-1490r/min,双振幅为3-5mm,包括弹簧支撑装置2,设置在此弹簧支撑装置上的振动筛筛箱1,设置在此振动筛筛箱上的振动系统和振动筛筛面5,所述的振动筛筛面的筛孔尺寸为32目-200目;所述的振动筛筛箱包括两个侧板8、与两个侧板固定连接的横梁6、支撑梁3、给料梁4和排料梁7;所述的振动系统包括设置在一侧侧板上的两个带有偏心块的振动器Ⅰ,设置在另一侧侧板上的两个带有偏心块的振动器Ⅱ,以及电机传动装置;电机传动装置包括电机支撑架9,设置在此电机支撑架上的两个相同功率和转数的电动机10,两个电动机10分别通过两个联轴器Ⅰ11与所述两个振动器Ⅰ13相连接,所述的两个振动器Ⅰ13分别通过两个联轴器Ⅱ12与所述的两个振动器Ⅱ14相连接;两个振动器Ⅰ中心的连线与水平方向的夹角为40°~45°,两个振动器Ⅱ中心的连线与水平方向的夹角为40°~45°,两个振动器Ⅰ和两个振动器Ⅱ内均设有NU系列外环无挡边滚子轴承和干油润滑系统,两个电动机为4极1390-1490r/min三相异步电动机,电动机的旋转方向相反,两个联轴器Ⅰ为短万向联轴器或挠性联轴器,两个联轴器Ⅱ为长万向联轴器。

1.一种高频振动筛,其特征在于,包括弹簧支撑装置,设置在此弹簧支撑装置上的振动筛筛箱,设置在此振动筛筛箱上的振动系统和振动筛筛面;
所述的振动筛筛箱包括两个侧板,与两个侧板固定连接的横梁、支撑梁、给料梁和排料梁;
所述的振动系统包括设置在一侧侧板上的两个振动器Ⅰ,设置在另一侧侧板上的两个振动器Ⅱ和电机传动装置;电机传动装置包括电机支撑架,设置在此电机支撑架上的两个相同功率和转数的电动机,两个电动机分别通过两个联轴器Ⅰ与所述两个振动器Ⅰ相连接,所述的两个振动器Ⅰ分别通过两个联轴器Ⅱ与所述的两个振动器Ⅱ相连接,所述的两个电动机为4极1390-1490r/min三相异步电动机,电动机的旋转方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,所述的振动筛筛面的筛孔尺寸为32目-200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,所述的两个振动器Ⅰ和两个振动器Ⅱ均为带有偏心块的振动器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,每个侧板上的两个振动器中心的连线与水平方向的夹角为40°~45°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,所述的两个振动器Ⅰ和两个振动器Ⅱ内均设有NU系列外环无挡边滚子轴承,并设有干油润滑系统。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,所述两个相同功率和转数的电动机与两个振动器Ⅰ直连驱动,电动机的旋转方向相反。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,所述的联轴器Ⅰ为短万向联轴器或挠性联轴器,联轴器Ⅱ为长万向联轴器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高频振动筛,其特征在于,振动频率为1390-1490r/min,双振幅为3-5mm。
