Claims (5)
- 懸濁液を濾過する濾過装置であって、
a.該濾過装置は、固定ヘッド部と可動端末部との間に少なくとも陥凹板(1)および隣接する陥凹板(1)のパックを有し、
b.該濾過装置は、前記陥凹板(1)および前記隣接する陥凹板(1)を通ることを含めて前記パックを通って前記端末部へ延伸する懸濁液管(7)を有し、前記懸濁液の第1の流れを前記ヘッド部から前記パックへ管送し、
c.該濾過装置は、前記端末部へ接続する供給管(8)を有し、前記懸濁液の第2の流れを前記懸濁液管(7)へ管送し、
d.前記陥凹板(1)および/または前記隣接する陥凹板(1)は、前記陥凹板(1)と前記隣接する陥凹板(1)間に濾過室を形成する陥凹部(11)を有し、
e.前記陥凹板(1)は懸濁液ダクト(13)を有し、前記懸濁液を前記懸濁液管(7)から前記濾過室へ管送し、
f.該濾過装置は、前記陥凹板(1)と前記隣接する陥凹板(1)間に少なくとも1つの濾布(14)を有して前記懸濁液から固形分を濾過し、
前記供給管(8)は、前記ヘッド部から前記端末部へ、前記陥凹板(1)および前記隣接する陥凹板(1)を通ることを含めて前記パックを通って延伸していることを特徴とする濾過装置。 - 前記請求項に記載の濾過装置において、前記懸濁液管(7)および前記供給管(8)は、該濾過装置における対向する両側、ならびに前記陥凹板(1)および前記隣接する陥凹板(1)の双方における対向する両側にあることを特徴とする濾過装置。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の濾過装置において、前記供給管(8)は前記懸濁液管(7)と断面積が同じであることを特徴とする濾過装置。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の濾過装置において、前記端末板と一体化し前記供給管(8)を前記懸濁液管(7)へ接続するダクトを特徴とする濾過装置。
- 濾過装置内で懸濁液を濾過する方法であって、該濾過装置は固定ヘッド部と可動端末部との間に少なくとも陥凹板(1)および隣接する陥凹板(1)のパックを有し、前記陥凹板(1)および/または前記隣接する陥凹板(1)が陥凹部(11)を有して前記陥凹板(1)および前記隣接する陥凹板(1)間に濾過室を形成し、該方法は、
a.前記陥凹板(1)および前記隣接する陥凹板(1)の双方を通ること含めて前記パックを通って前記ヘッド部から前記端末部へ延伸する懸濁液管(7)を通して、前記ヘッド部から懸濁液の第1の流れを管送する工程と、
b.供給管(8)から前記端末部を通って前記懸濁液管(7)へ前記懸濁液の第2の流れを管送する工程と、
c.前記懸濁液管(7)から前記陥凹板(1)の懸濁液ダクト(13)を通って前記濾過室へ懸濁液を管送する工程と、
d.前記陥凹板(1)と前記隣接する陥凹板(1)間の少なくとも1つの濾布(14)を介して懸濁液を案内して、前記懸濁液から固形分を濾過する工程とを含み、
前記供給管(8)は、前記ヘッド部から前記端末部へ、前記陥凹板(1)および前記隣接する陥凹板(1)を通ることを含めて前記パックを通って延伸していることを特徴とする懸濁液を濾過する方法。
