本实用新型涉及一种压滤机滤板。更详细地说，涉及一种上进料厢式滤板。
背景技术
滤板是压滤机的主要过滤元件，过滤的物料通过进料泵的压力进入滤板的滤室，经滤布或其它过滤介质截留物料中的颗粒形成滤饼，滤液由滤板的出液孔排出，滤饼留在滤板的滤室，再拉开滤板卸除滤饼，完成过滤循环，厢式滤板进料孔一般都在滤板中心部位，其不足之处在于，由于过滤的物料不同，在中心部位的进料孔滤饼形成慢，而且滤饼含有浓度很大的滤液，使过滤后的滤饼不能转入下道工序，或者使滤饼外运和干燥成本增加，从而使生产受到影响。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种上进料厢式滤板，过滤时滤饼快速形成，使过滤后的滤饼降低含液率，降低成本提高生产效率。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的一种上进料厢式滤板，以滤板为基板，其进料孔设置在厢式滤板的上部，进料孔两侧设有进料槽与滤室连接，在滤室内设置支撑台，设置滤室排液孔连接出液孔，由出液孔连接外接管道孔，滤布用夹布器安装在上进料孔。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示，本实用新型提供的一种上进料厢式滤板，以滤板为基板，该滤板材料为增强聚丙烯，经模具制作由平板硫化机模压而成，经冷却收缩大约40-60分钟，再置入滤板定型机降温成型，经机械加工滤板的两端密封面、外接管道孔6、上进料孔1和进料槽2经CNC3190型加工中心加工，支撑台4端面由CNC3190型加工中心加工与滤板密封面在相同水平线，滤室排液孔5使用手电钻打孔，出液孔3使用Z40-16型钻床打孔，出液孔3的工艺孔堵塞选用与滤板同等材料的塑料棒，经手电钻高速运转摩擦熔融焊接，机加工完成后菱角用修边机修成R2-3圆弧，滤布的安装将滤布做成连体式，上进料孔1先将滤布置入，由夹布器两面加紧螺栓紧固。

1.一种上进料厢式滤板，其特征在于：以滤板为基板，其进料孔设置在厢式滤板的上部，进料孔两侧设有进料槽与滤室连接，在滤室内设置支撑台，设置滤室排液孔连接出液孔，由出液孔连接外接管道孔，滤布用夹布器安装在上进料孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种上进料厢式滤板，其特征在于：其厢式滤板出液孔的工艺孔采用塑料棒摩擦焊堵塞。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种上进料厢式滤板，其特征在于：其滤板材料为增强聚丙烯。
