背景技术
在选矿、化工、石油、等部门的实验室和小型工厂，对浮选、磁选等作业后产生的粘稠泥质矿浆进行过滤脱水、固液分离，多使用XTLZ型多用真空过滤机。由于入料矿浆中固体颗粒较小，在过滤过程中，易粘附在过滤盘的内壁上，在过滤过程中，需要用洗瓶把粘附在内壁上矿浆冲洗下来。用洗瓶冲洗粘附在过滤盘内壁上的矿浆，操作不方便，拖延了过滤时间。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述问题而提出一种多用真空过滤机的带喷水过滤盘，通过在过滤盘的内壁上部设置喷水装置，将粘附在过滤盘内壁上的矿浆冲洗下来。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：一种多用真空过滤机的带喷水过滤盘，所述带喷水过滤盘包括过滤盘体。在所述盘体的内壁上部设置有喷水装置，该喷水装置包括喷淋管，喷淋管上均匀安装有多个喷头。所述喷淋管沿过滤盘内壁上部环形布置。所述喷头上开有多个朝向过滤盘内壁下部的出水孔。所述喷淋管上设置有流量调节阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的多用真空过滤机的带喷水过滤盘，通过设置在过滤盘体内壁上部的喷水装置，将粘附在过滤盘内壁上的矿浆冲洗下来，操作简单，缩短了过滤时间。

如图1所示，一种多用真空过滤机的带喷水过滤盘，包括过滤盘体，所述过滤盘体的内壁上部设置有喷淋管2，可将粘附在过滤盘内壁上的矿浆冲洗下来，取代洗瓶冲洗，有利于缩短过滤时间；所述喷淋管2为环形，固定在过滤盘1内壁上部；喷淋管2上均匀安装有多个喷头3，有利于增大水压；喷头3上开有多个朝向过滤盘内壁下部的出水孔，有利于扩大喷水的范围；所述喷淋管2上设置有流量调节阀来调节喷水水量。
工作过程是：启动过滤机，倒入矿浆，矿浆过滤到一定程度时，打开流量调节阀，视粘附在过滤盘内壁上的矿浆量调节流量调节阀，喷嘴开始喷水，将粘附在过滤盘内壁上的矿浆冲洗下来后，关闭流量调节阀，待过滤工作结束后，关闭过滤机。

1.一种多用真空过滤机的带喷水过滤盘，其特征在于：所述带喷水过滤盘包括过滤盘体（1），在所述盘体（1）的内壁上部设置有喷水装置，该喷水装置包括喷淋管（2），喷淋管（2）上均匀安装有多个喷头（3）。
